The Erika Record Semi Divider/Rounder is a semi-automatic dough divider rounder used to process doughs into individual dough balls. Our entry level model, the Semi provides superior rounding each and every time.
This model can also accommodate expanded weight ranges via our RH (Removable Head) knife head assembly system. This enables the end user to interchange knife head assemblies.
