Collei was one of the children that was experimented by the fatui by injecting archon residue into them. Due to this she was able to use powers similar to a Delusion. Collei was able to run away from the fatui in Sumeru and got herself to Mondstat trying to find a cure. The knights of Favonius helped her especially Amber, teaching her to enjoy life like a child because back then Collei was so serious and kind of grumpy. Lisa called for help from Sumeru and Cyno came to help Collei. Cyno was able to seal the dark powers inside Collei but Collei must never use it again. Collei decided to go back to Sumeru with Cyno.

For anyone who doesn’t know Collei’s lore, she was a young child who was a victim of the Fatui harbinger Il Dottore’s human experimentation, but she managed to escape to Mondstadt, where she snuck in with a distraction and met Amber, she was quiet and shy and she didn’t want anyone to get near her or touch her because she was “infected” from Il Dottore’s experiments, so one of her “hit” callouts is “dont touch me!” Amber was her first friend and she happens to have a non exploding baron bunny plush too
Well she killed 2 noble,kaeya almost killed her,she almost killed amber,jean and lisa wanted to excute her,cyno wanted to brainwashed her so the illness will go
Don’t forget kaeya was being pretty much a…hmm..not so good to her, it would make more sense if everyone read the comic

So you have to read the manga basically, Collei was being experimented and was abused in the cryo reigon i think when she was little. She came to mondstadt to get revenge on the fatui, and met amber, who helped her. Collei had bad powers that they had been testing on her but she couldnt tell anyone cuz she didnt trust anybody. So amber was helping her for the wrong reasons without knowing. But when she found out about Collei, she still believed she was a good person. So she made sure Collei would get some help, so collei went to sumeru. She asked about Amber cuz she misses her and wants to know if shes good these days.
*Cute fact.* Collei has a mini baron bunny plushy in her room, and her burst combo is the combination of Amber's name and her likeness of kitties.
