*LET'S GOOOOOOOO* This was my first time working as a storyboard artist and it was so surreal to see my hilariously badly animated 'storyboards' get turned into works of art by the animators Quack and Suji! Glad to see so many ppl enjoy this 😭 Also I got to animate one single shot and it's the Venti flashback at 2:20. Subu liked how I animated him in the storyboard and was like 'hey wanna animate this?' and i was like 'A surprise, to be sure, but a welcome one' fun fact: the 'ahem' at 1:49 wasn't in the script. Ariana (furina's VA) actually coughed in the recording but didnt remove it from the audio file. I heard it and was like 'hehe im gonna do a funny' and put it into the storyboard as a joke. i didnt expect it to make it to the final product LMAO
The archons coming together for a monthly game of whodunnit as an actual mock-trial with an audience and everything is such a damn cute story concept. Props to the storyboard writer.
As soon as Nahida whipped out those 'person', 'weapon' and 'location' cards - I just knew the twist would be they were playing Cluedo the whole time. Well done!

Except every VA are themselves instead of their character. Unless you’re Griffin Burns. I swear that guy channels Tartaglia. The confidence, sass, and intimidation coming from his “Are you ready to be wrong?” is chilling.
The battle between furina and nahida that we've been waiting for so long has finally arrived and I have to admit that it's both a bit tense and very funny, the voice acting is very stable and the animation is harmonious, that alone is more than enough to see how interesting this video is

A fan-made video has no business being this good, with so many talented voice actors who marvelously replicate the voices of the official English VAs. Well done.
Finding out that this was written before 4.2 makes it so interesting because the writing here actually would feel like it was written during 4.2 etc. I can only imagine the first time the Archons came in and were like "Let's play!" Furina had multiple panic attacks internally but as she had her duty to do she had to act casually and relaxed as if talking to equals which is funky and sounds in-character. At least to me :]
hi hi (furina’s VA for the animation here!) i actually recorded two separate takes of the entire script, one before 4.2 had dropped and one after having played the AQ and while this doesn’t align itself with canon directly, i did record furina’s lines on that second take with knowledge of the AQ in mind and while only adds minor layers to an overall fun, silly animation, it’s still a performance I’m extremely proud of and am glad to see people pick apart small things like that in analyzing the short!!

I love how all the characters sound exactly like they do in the game and they captured how the voice actors voice them to the T. And the animations here are spectacular! Nothing short of a masterpiece.
I'm so happy so many people are praising the voice crew and the voice acting-- usually we only focus on the animation (which was also superb and it's understandable) but my goshhh these VA's were everything
This video's animation was good and everything, but without this great voice acting it wouldn't be this good. The VAs lifted this video into a new level.
This was hands down my favourite HoYoFair clip. Everyone did an amazing job and I absolutely loved the VA's especially the Furina VA. (She could honestly give the actual Furina VA a run for her money) Now I need more Archon game nights with everyone being dramatic and over the top :D

When I saw this in HoyoFair I HAD to subscribe. The animation is so expressive and smooth! The ending really sold it for me. I love this work! The voice acting is really good too! Fantastic work
The animation is very good, I could even imagine myself in this as much as if I would be one person in the crowd. The VAs did a great job too. In some scene it was really funny to see someone's face or hear the voice :D
I would love to see a game night with all the archon present, playing Monopoly, and Zhongli being accused of cheating because he's creating money to pay for things that he can't afford.
I love this animation so much from Nahida slapping wisdom into the court to holy cow the VAs are nearly on point to the official ones 3D animation is no simple task but you done so pretty well with how expressive the characters are
