I’d like to know what windows and doors might be used which have similar therms performance as a 100mm panel. Triple glazed windows and doors might. Do you use a specific manufacturer? Single story, flat roof with patio/terrace, clad in cork, 2 person living and set within a giant greenhouse. 20 metres by 5 metres and 3 metres high built to passiv house standard. Floor to ceiling internal doors. Price? Interested.
I see guys didn't put an air barrier (such as Tyvek) on the exterior face of the CLT before you applied the insulation? Why? Are you relying on the plaster/stucco to do the job of the air barrier? If so,, that's a bit strange as no authority or sound construction practice would allow that. Can you please explain your system. Thanks.

I can't understand why the roof was constructed in the manner that it was, other than for aesthetic purposes. I would have figured that the structural capabilities of the CLT panel would/should be taken advantage of for this sort of thing.
That roof respects all the structural characteristics, verified by a professional in the sector. The fact that it was done that way is because we are in an area with construction constraints. In addition, it is also about the Italian, Mediterranean culture, where people have loved the view of the wooden beams inside the houses. If ever you come to Italy, you will be able to see this style often. I too would have preferred the CLT roof but I don't have the power to decide.

@@iulian844 In primul rând îți mulțumesc pentru observațiile făcute legat de gramatică. Ai dreptate am făcut câteva erori de gramatică în graba în care am scris. Probabil tu știi mai multe despre mine decât eu despre tine. Cu siguranță ești mult mai pregătit și mult mai profesional în viața de zi cu zi și nu-mi pot permite să te judec sau să te jignesc. Prefer de multe ori o eroare gramaticală decât o jignire gratuită. Știi ca pot să șterg comentariile dar nu o fac. Îi las pe alți să judece greșelile pe care le fac uneori, involuntar. Îți doresc să ai succes în tot ce faci.

why not wood fassade? Seems nuts to cover a wooden house with wet plaster. Music needs replacing!
Why are the panels so tiny? Why didn't you make the whole wall out of one panel?
Because sometimes big trucks can't get anywhere. At this point we need to optimize. The second variant is: choose not to build with CLT
