    03:37 Of course that's possible in a condo, as long you have a good size. You make it sound as if all the apartments or condominiums in Sukhumvit are small, which of course is not the case. Even if you're near the BTS, there are plenty of options and sizes. Anyways, congratulations with your new place.

    Wow love the new town house Arsen. Its a pity that its not fitted with the kitchen and appliances. But it depands on the price i assume. My girlfriend has a house in opposite direction if I'm right and its a nice house about 50 years old and solid but 5k away from the station so its a taxi ride to Shapan mai station and about 50mins to Asok station. I want to move near a station and im looking how much we can get for her house now that its in 21 century after spending some money to make it more presentable. Cant wait for the next vlog.😊

    I'm Thai. My honest comment would be stay away from a townhouse if you can afford a single home. If you have a good neighbor, you will be lucky. If not, then you know what I mean. My parents home is not far from your new house and I grew up there before I moved to the USA. The yellow line is nice. Congratulations! 🎉😊

    Let me get an early guess in on the price of the house. I guess THB2.6 Mil.. Srinakrin is a quiet residential zone, but with many large malls within a 5 km radius. You're also not far from the tollway running tge western perimeter of the city, so easy travel (not in rush hour) to riverside and a bit further is the Jattuchak Open Market. Wish you the best in your new house.

    Very happy for you for getting a much nicer place to live in. The neighborhood is nice. Pretty good layout in the new home, but I would have preferred an en suite with the master bedroom. But great big windows letting lots of light in is a big plus. Congrats ...

    When you wife convinced you to move from the condo to the house, the two smaller rooms upstairs will be filled soon (and it will be not so quiete anymore). What I would missing is a big garage where I can fiddle at the cars, scouters, bikes.... and have really my space.
    When you live on earth level so close to the bushes, are there a lot of mosquitos?

    • @LiveLoveThailand
      @LiveLoveThailand  Год назад +1

      Yeh, we are installing mosquito covers, and also some plants that can repel insects, even at the condo, the same issue surrounded by green spaces.
      Concerning the space, we really needed that, especially for my private work.

It is surprisingly that the hse flooring is pre-done in every room, with wooden flooring n living hall with floor tiles. as well the furnishings wall tiles n shower facility n toilets bowls for boths bathroom. However was surprisingly, then u had to rebuilt the kitchens. Or shall i said an indoor + an extension outdoors smoked free open air kitchen.
