It's really sad our system. He has schizophrenia, bi polar, along with other mental conditions. I read an interview from his family and they want him locked away because he cannot be on his own. They want him locked up so he doesn't do this but our court system, mental health system Is aweful in america. Because of our system a repeat offender looking like him can do what he wants. Prayers go out to the family and that poor child. Should've never happened if it wasn't for not so great america.
