- A 5-year-old boy who was reported missing Thursday night has been found safe and a woman is charged with kidnapping, Portland police say.

There must be sufficient descriptive information of child, captor, or captor's vehicle to issue an alert.... please learn life before you show us how racist you are thanks

So WHAT was her reason for taking him? Did they asked her?? Were the parents of that child monitoring him? Watching him? How can he leave home without the parents knowing?

How did it even happen?
There is a lot of information missing from this report, including how she was able to grab the child from his home. Also, it's very unusual for women to abduct children who are not their own.
She said she wasn't supposed to be there...I say...She was! It's called 'Fate'! That timed out perfectly with her being called into work early! God works in mysterious ways! I'm so glad the little guy was found safe! God Bless them both!🙌
Very strange, she takes him and then rides buses with him. Funny how other passangers did not notice anything strange. Not a typical pedo behaviour, she is probably disturbed in another way. Maybe she thought she was "saving" him if the parents are not ok. Or in her mind are not ok. Kids have to be instructed what to do in situations like this, he had many chances to get away but was to afraid to tell anyone probably. Kids need to be told how to ask for help and what is normal and what is not normal. Kick and scream. She would probably back off and run away. Not all of them would but some would and it is worth a try.

So did she just open the front door and pull the kid out of the house? or did she see the kid playing in the front yard? NO kids shd ever b playing in the front yard of a house, play in the back yard ONLY, and only if its securely fenced and gates locked. kids in the front yard is like a storefront window for perps cruising around looking for kids to snatch and sell...

This sounds weird. She was with him out in public, and he's walking with distance between them. I also wonder if she's homeless, as she's obviously very mentally ill. I don't sense malicious intent here. I'm interested in the rest of the story, with what he told the police.
I'm glad he's safe. And at least she'll be sent to a federal prison, so she'll get the mental healthcare that she needs.

Was a 5 year old child left outside unattended???? If that’s the case of being outside unattended then perhaps it’s best that cps take a look at his safety and check further into if that child is safe and being taken care of at home.
