You've already built/ invested in the business and it's paying off, now it's time to invest in the people. Make an "exit" strategy so that you can become more hands off. Leverage other people's time in exchange for $$ so that you can have more free time to fully do content creation without losing the asset. Build a solid team that will do the lifting for you and without you. If it's not higher level conversations as it pertains to improving/ expanding then delegate it. Once you build the organization infrastructure, then have one day a week where you schedule a check in meeting and get updates. Transition from the CEO/ COO to the Owner. I'm happy for you. This is the next step that will help you not only now but in the future when this RUclips thing becomes too big/ demanding for you alone. Keep up the good work.

I just binged watched your videos from the last 3 months. From what I have seen you are a very detailed and oriented person, and think things through. You take leaps and take risks, but you are in another turning point where you have learned from previous experiences. The only thing left is to think things through, make sure all bases are covered or will be covered to exit well if you are going to sell or have everything covered if you keep the business but will be further removed. The content creation avenue also seems to be going well and growing in the right direction. So it is good to have options, but think it over as you close the chapters on decisions you have to make.

I have been following you for a short minute and you are starting to really take off. The male cleaning channels are really starting to take off on RUclips. I think you should definitely keep being persistent with this and like you said, it will get bigger and bigger. You bring a uniqueness to male cleaning because of your vibe - your music and swag are lit. As far as VIP mobile, maybe sell the older truck and keep the newer one. I would find youtube video's/search online on how to create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) that clarify how to run all aspects of your business. I would then find a virtual assistant and/or business manager to help you execute the SOP's. THEN i would focus mainly on content creation.
You have a great opportunity presented to yourself. Don’t throw away the hard work that you built your company from the ground up. Just hire staff that can run your business while you focus on your content creating endeavors. You can have the day to day aspects of your company to be handled by your staff while you can monitor that status of your company at your leisure. Don’t let someone reap the rewards of your product.
Im guessing. Sell the 2nd truck and hire some 5 star help so that you can focus on content creating. I don’t know much about what you do but it was nice hearing a normal speaking voice talk about their business and just brainstorming out load. I listened as I cooked. There are people out there who have a time a space to get into content creating but every video is “you gotta do this, you gotta do that”. Your style of communication here is needed and will be appreciated just as much as the cleaning video, trust me

Hire a CEO or virtual assistant that can answer phone calls and be on top of the things you are forgetting. Have quarterly meetings to access where you at. You have something good and mostly automated, find a way to have it run in the background without you actively running it while you focus on content creation. Don’t give up on it 🌻
I don't manage people, so kind of armchair quarterbacking here, but... Is there someone on your crew you can promote to manager? I say manager over supervisor, because if your business is really super automated and you want to extricate yourself from customer calls, people feel more satisfied if they are talking to a manager 🤷 Assuming you have someone on your crew who is hungry for it, the benefits are: you know them, they know the operational side of the business already, after ramping them up on sales/marketing/finance stuff for the business you have more time for content creation. And if you do still want to disengage, it gives you a little more time to figure out what that will look like (sell business completely vs go down a bus vs franchise vs some kind of silent partner arrangement, idk) The downside is you will likely have to pay them considerably more, but hey maybe the math will still workout in your favor (revenue from additional content + revenue from a business manage by someone who can put 100% into it). Finally if you still decide to sell outright, you've got your first potential buyer lined up and he/she will be motivated by time investment they've put in as manager. In any case, as other's have said, you've got options, so no need to rush the exit. Good luck!

If you do make the wrong choice don't take it as a loss take it as a lesson. Pull yourself up by the bootstraps and continue on.

I would sell VIP mobile. Get multi family properties to rent them out to retires on social security, using section 8. Those tenats are chill and looking for a place to rest. Use that passive income to spawn new business that you’re into. P.S. im speaking from experience, i sold my data collection business in 2019 to rent out homes to seniors with little or no retirement savings.

This may not make sense for some but the biggest thing I learned in business is find the customers first and always always be sure to do trials to get reviews and people's experiences before launching to actual real paying customers. I'm a big believer your success depends on how the mobile business is marketed. Maybe try a different marketing approach example advertise it as a travel bus, tour bus, filming bus or maybe an only fans bus lol. What about leasing it out. Just follow your heart or follow the money.

However, don't just give it away, carefully seek a buyer and make sure the deal is structured properly so you're fully compensated based on the present and future value. Definitely get maybe a Black lawyer around Detroit to advise you and do the negotiations and the contracts. Also, don't waste/fritter away the profit you realize. Don't spend it at all, invest it and live off the proceeds. And keep building your empire, always with integrity. Do the research on your own as to the best vehicles to invest in, don't just hire a brokerage firm or sink your money into another business or endeavor without fully understanding what you're investing in. If you decide to sale your company you can have it set up to where you can still get Royalties from it! Yes, it can get very overwhelming. When your trying to manage the Majority of the business yourself. And you need the Capital to be able to hire the appropriate staffing. It's a lot that comes with it. I think you need a Consultant's guidance. As a business standpoint. I believe and feel in my spirit. It'll be a very wise investment. I'm new here and just subscribed. This is the second vlog I've watched and they look cinematic, are calm and conversational. I really like them. Looking at your situation objectively, you seem really drawn to the idea of content creation. The fact you're making mistakes in your business you normally wouldn't make could mean you are mentally elsewhere and your heart may no longer be in it. Just a thought.
I don’t think you should sell your business. Have you considered letting a very very responsible, business minded person that you know run your business and keep that as a second source of income? Yes going for a full time content creator is great;however, test the waters first and let your channel grow a little bit more. Like in the book Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill, get you a mastermind group. Get some people that can help you weigh your decisions and then go from there.
This is one of those times I wish I knew a person so I could sit down and talk. I have many questions, and it would take too long to ask them here. I've been in business nearly 19 years, so I do have some knowledge. Not necessarily in the gaming industry, but in business in general. The one thing I will say is sometimes, being tired will make you make decisions you otherwise wouldn't. Perhaps you need better assistance because you're trying to do too much yourself. Pray and don't make any rash decisions. Not saying that's what you're doing. Just putting that out there. After praying and waiting, if you still feel that drained/icky feeling when thinking about your business, perhaps it IS time to make some sort of change.
Also, as I've neared the end of the video, it's dawned on me that you likely have "too many irons in the fire". I would really suggest slowing down, pulling back, and continuing to assess what's good for you and what you feel called to. Not just money, but what you feel CALLED to.
Interesting thoughts! Sounds like you’re a bit burned out/overwhelmed right now, that darn phone is out to get us lol! You can take some time to reflect before deciding. You could find a business partner, or a logistics/dispatcher that handles the phone, inquires and helps the drivers. And if you prefer selling, you could think about selling this business and buying another type of business that is lower maintenance. Or a business that is related to your content creation and maybe manage both in a smoother way.

I'm happy to hear things are going well now after your rough patch. My thoughts are to keep the business, for now I can see greater things happening with that for you. Hire someone for the phone lines. Check on things at least twice out of the week. Rest of the time, do your content, etc. And last, always remember to take time for yourself so you don't get burnt out. Put GOD first, keep HIM in your life, and talk with HIM. I just binged watched your videos from the last 3 months. From what I have seen you are a very detailed and oriented person, and think things through. You take leaps and take risks, but you are in another turning point where you have learned from previous experiences. The only thing left is to think things through, make sure all bases are covered or will be covered to exit well if you are going to sell or have everything covered if you keep the business but will be further removed. The content creation avenue also seems to be going well and growing in the right direction. So it is good to have options, but think it over as you close the chapters on decisions you have to make.

I have been following you for a short minute and you are starting to really take off. The male cleaning channels are really starting to take off on RUclips. I think you should definitely keep being persistent with this and like you said, it will get bigger and bigger. You bring a uniqueness to male cleaning because of your vibe - your music and swag are lit. As far as VIP mobile, maybe sell the older truck and keep the newer one. Slow down the bookings to that one truck, but I would try to keep the income . As everyone else stated, also pray and listen to your gut. Those things won’t fail you. Hope this helps. See how you feel once this model has been in place for a while. You sound like me. I very much a “ if you want something done right, do it yourself” type of person, but sometimes we have to let go and be more trusting. If you provide the training to the right candidates, I’m sure you’ll be successful.

Hiring someone to handle your phone calls is great advice. Reminds me of The Four Hour Work Week book. What ever happens you’re going to be ok because you have options. That you worked hard to setup for yourself. You should bet on you and have faith that you will and have dealt with what ever has come your way. Thank you sharing your journey as always.

I would find youtube video's/search online on how to create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) that clarify how to run all aspects of your business. I would then find a virtual assistant and/or business manager to help you execute the SOP's. THEN i would focus mainly on content creation.

Im guessing. Sell the 2nd truck and hire some 5 star help so that you can focus on content creating. I don’t know much about what you do but it was nice hearing a normal speaking voice talk about their business and just brainstorming out load. I listened as I cooked. There are people out there who have a time a space to get into content creating but every video is “you gotta do this, you gotta do that”. Your style of communication here is needed and will be appreciated just as much as the cleaning video, trust me

Hire a CEO or virtual assistant that can answer phone calls and be on top of the things you are forgetting. Have quarterly meetings to access where you at. You have something good and mostly automated, find a way to have it run in the background without you actively running it while you focus on content creation. Don’t give up on it 🌻
I don't manage people, so kind of armchair quarterbacking here, but...
Is there someone on your crew you can promote to manager? I say manager over supervisor, because if your business is really super automated and you want to extricate yourself from customer calls, people feel more satisfied if they are talking to a manager 🤷
Assuming you have someone on your crew who is hungry for it, the benefits are: you know them, they know the operational side of the business already, after ramping them up on sales/marketing/finance stuff for the business you have more time for content creation.
And if you do still want to disengage, it gives you a little more time to figure out what that will look like (sell business completely vs go down a bus vs franchise vs some kind of silent partner arrangement, idk)
The downside is you will likely have to pay them considerably more, but hey maybe the math will still workout in your favor (revenue from additional content + revenue from a business manage by someone who can put 100% into it).
Finally if you still decide to sell outright, you've got your first potential buyer lined up and he/she will be motivated by time investment they've put in as manager.
In any case, as other's have said, you've got options, so no need to rush the exit. Good luck!

My advice always to my children and to anyone actually is there are no mistakes in life, it's what you choose to do and what you choose not to do. If you want to make the right choices in life first think about the consequences of that choice and that will help you make the best choice for yourself. If you do make the wrong choice don't take it as a loss take it as a lesson. Pull yourself up by the bootstraps and continue on.

I would sell VIP mobile. Get multi family properties to rent them out to retires on social security, using section 8. Those tenats are chill and looking for a place to rest.

This may not make sense for some but the biggest thing I learned in business is find the customers first and always always be sure to do trials to get reviews and people's experiences before launching to actual real paying customers. I'm a big believer your success depends on how the mobile business is marketed. Maybe try a different marketing approach example advertise it as a travel bus, tour bus, filming bus or maybe an only fans bus lol. What about leasing it out. Just follow your heart or follow the money.

My thoughts would be to hire a manager to answer and manage the day to day items. Then have weekly meetings to go over what’s going on with the business. But over all trust yourself because it seems like you are ready to sell the business. Only you know what you want to deal with. Either way I think you doing well and will make the right decision

Okay I watched the whole video now. Hey bro, if you sick of it and don't want to do it any more, and you feel like you're being called to pivot, then sell it. However, don't just give it away, carefully seek a buyer and make sure the deal is structured properly so you're fully compensated based on the present and future value. Definitely get maybe a Black lawyer around Detroit to advise you and do the negotiations and the contracts. Also, don't waste/fritter away the profit you realize. Don't spend it at all, invest it and live off the proceeds. And keep building your empire, always with integrity. Do the research on your own as to the best vehicles to invest in, don't just hire a brokerage firm or sink your money into another business or endeavor without fully understanding what you're investing in. And remember to keep everything in prayer and let the Holy Spirit guide you, He'll never steer you wrong. You got this!

If you decide to sale your company you can have it set up to where you can still get Royalties from it! Yes, it can get very overwhelming. When your trying to manage the Majority of the business yourself. And you need the Capital to be able to hire the appropriate staffing. It's a lot that comes with it. I think you need a Consultant's guidance. As a business standpoint. I believe and feel in my spirit. It'll be a very wise investment. I'm new here and just subscribed. This is the second vlog I've watched and they look cinematic, are calm and conversational. I really like them. Looking at your situation objectively, you seem really drawn to the idea of content creation. The fact you're making mistakes in your business you normally wouldn't make could mean you are mentally elsewhere and your heart may no longer be in it. Just a thought.
I don’t think you should sell your business. Have you considered letting a very very responsible, business minded person that you know run your business and keep that as a second source of income? Yes going for a full time content creator is great;however, test the waters first and let your channel grow a little bit more. Like in the book Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill, get you a mastermind group. Get some people that can help you weigh your decisions and then go from there.
This is one of those times I wish I knew a person so I could sit down and talk. I have many questions, and it would take too long to ask them here. I've been in business nearly 19 years, so I do have some knowledge. Not necessarily in the gaming industry, but in business in general. The one thing I will say is sometimes, being tired will make you make decisions you otherwise wouldn't. Perhaps you need better assistance because you're trying to do too much yourself. Pray and don't make any rash decisions. Not saying that's what you're doing. Just putting that out there. After praying and waiting, if you still feel that drained/icky feeling when thinking about your business, perhaps it IS time to make some sort of change.
Also, as I've neared the end of the video, it's dawned on me that you likely have "too many irons in the fire". I would really suggest slowing down, pulling back, and continuing to assess what's good for you and what you feel called to. Not just money, but what you feel CALLED to.
Interesting thoughts! Sounds like you’re a bit burned out/overwhelmed right now, that darn phone is out to get us lol! You can take some time to reflect before deciding.
You could find a business partner, or a logistics/dispatcher that handles the phone, inquires and helps the drivers.
And if you prefer selling, you could think about selling this business and buying another type of business that is lower maintenance. Or a business that is related to your content creation and maybe manage both in a smoother way.
