Say less!!! Cleaning has never been a chore. Crank the music and ensure things are ‘nice and tidy’ and yes!!! I just discovered your channel , going to take all ur tips❤🎉
You can remove the stickers easily.. You can use Avon's 'Skin So Soft' 100 handy ways..(you can google it, I suppose) or a Baby oil. Just dab a good bit on Any sticker... It will practically lift right up. Then clean, wash the area the way you normally would just to get rid of the little bit of oil. 😊 P.S. I just found you today. I'm glad to have caught THIS video ☺️ Nice to get to know you a little more. We're both very 'Independent' from a young age. You showed a thing in your kitchen which looks very spikey - a 'Libman' ?? I don't think you said what it's for (and something about short arms (!) but said you just got it - looks weird - what is it ??
Hey D, I just wanted to advise you on that label on your trash can. You can use a hair dryer to warm up the glue in the back of the label (in 30 second increments) and you’ll be able to pull that label right off. OK thank me later ☺️ BTW I really enjoy your cleaning videos🥰 Thank you for sharing
if anyone is annoyed by the audio: on apple devices, u can fix it if u search and turn on "mono audio" in settings (but turn it back off after)
40 yr old grown ass man here. My place is spotless and on point with or without a female. Everything you own, your home, your clothes, your car, is a reflection of you as a person. Its always on point. I dig your videos. Cleaning is a form of showing gratitude and when you clean and your space is clean it organizes your mind body and soul. Nothing like rocking out to some r&b or soul and cleaning your space. Love the videos. Keep doing your thang.

Cleaning is very therapeutic. I find that it also allows me to be in the practice of gratitude as well. Cleaning becomes less tedious when you change your language and mindset. Ive found myself going from "I have to wash dishes, do laundry, etc." to "I'm blessed to have a safe home, running water, beautiful clothing, etc."
I’m just now getting to that point. I use to hate cleaning but that has to do with how I was raised. Not that I was raised not to clean, it’s just that my mother literally treated me like a maid. But with therapy I have learned to like cleaning, FOR ME!!!!

I learned a higher standard of cleaning (and grooming) in the US Marine Corps. Attention to detail reflects personal integrity, and that’s apparent in your videos. Any disparaging comments about femininity just reflect other people’s insecurities. Keep doing your thing, man. This channel is great.

HELPFUL TIP:
You can use a blowdryer to take the sticker off anything..... metal, cardboard boxes, etc.
Once you pre-heat the glue, the sticker peels right off.
It wasn’t until I found your channel that I realized that I never really see men cleaning at all. I guess that’s why your videos caught my attention. And you’re right-cleaning is very therapeutic. Don’t let these unhinged people question your masculinity just because you take proper care of yourself.
My Dad is similar. He likes things organized and he doesn’t mind cleaning. And he’s a drill instructor in the military. It takes a lot of discipline to maintain cleanliness & order in your life.

You are probably inspiring someone as we speak to understand the importance of having healthy habits. I am teaching my under 12-year-old child how to clean up a house. I share your videos with them. I completely get it! I used to deep clean when I was angry to get out the extra energy. Now, I clean out of appreciation. My first apartment was in The Bronx, I’m from Brooklyn, and my roommate was gross. My place now is in NC, I’m grateful. So cleaning is my thank you to God.

@@Lifestarring_me Hey hey! It truly depends on what you’re looking for; the Triangle area is popular if coming from a city. I moved to the country bc I had family here but moved to a small city after 10 years. You definitely want to make sure wherever you go you have a car (more luxurious more insurance and tax), find adequate childcare for after school (check stat board cents, etc), and research neighborhoods not just cities. Pay here is lower than most places but Triangle area pays most. Hopefully, you will be an RN or higher that’s where the money comes, but know due to shortages YOU WILL WORK. Find work that will pay for your relocation that’s less strain. Everything shuts down when it snows LOL, traffic is ridiculous, but the quality of living is pretty good depending on expectations. Let me know if you have anymore questions, happy to share. 🙂

I think some people were raised in environments were cleaning was a punishment and they avoid it. There’s a lot people have to unlearn and give themselves the space and grace to do it differently.

I have 58 and this is the first time I have a brand new apartment a brand new home I love it I have never been so excited to be the first one to live in the space and it’s even better that no one lives with me. I enjoy my peace. I enjoy the cleanliness of my place, so you keep climbing your ladder brother you won’t reach it
I agree. Cleaning is so therapeutic. Turn on some music or clean in silence. My favorite is late night when I can’t sleep. A clean environment results in good energy and improves your mood.

I work long hours and there’s little time to do a good clean. I’ve hired house cleaners before and I haven’t always been satisfied. Your videos inspire me to get into the headspace for cleaning and being satisfied with the result of my work. Feels great!
There is nothing like a clean space. You feel better, it allows you to keep the space tidy, & you don't have to do a major cleaning if the space is maintained! Besides all of that, men knowing how to clean is sexy!

I enjoy cleaning. I'm a full time educator and am just as busy as everybody else, but since I am the one who made the mess, it doesn't make sense to hire someone to clean up the mess. My mess, My Responsibility. I don't place a negative connotation towards cleaning; it's simply a part of life. My spirit just breathes better in neat, clean, tidy spaces. Thanks for sharing!!!
There's nothing wrong with you cleaning and taking care of your home, as house cleaning is not only for women. House cleaning is for anybody who values living in a clean and healthy environment, and that is always a positive. In fact, it's refreshing, as watching you is inspirational. So keep on doing what you're doing because I enjoy watching you and getting ideas on the many different products you use to make housework more efficient. And yes, I've even bought cleaning products based on your suggestions. For instance, I've always mopped the old-fashioned way, with the old mop and bucket. However, I recently ordered an electric steam and scrub mop, based on watching you. I've never thought of using one, and now I'm just waiting for it to get here. Thanks for posting. I learn a lot whenever I watch your videos. My dad is a very neat & tidy person. He was the main cook & kept the house clean, on top of being a construction worker. He was raised that way, & all of his siblings are the same. Cleaning your own space, no matter the gender, is empowering. Independent, selfcare.

I just subscribed to your channel because of the cleaning video I saw. It was inspiring to see a young single man cleaning ithis way and being proud of it. Keeping a clean personal space shows respect to our possessions and increases the possibility of our overall success IMO. It also opens doors for others to walk though and get to know us. Well done.
Cleaning is not only designated for a woman. Women and men should clean and keep their surroundings clean. I learned how to clean and I mean deep clean from a man when I was a child. I have kept that mindset that I learned from a child to my adulthood. Again, thank you for sharing.

I loved the fact that you were not only respecting your home but the planet too with your choice of cleaning products and essential oils.
I was also very impressed by your honesty and your willingness to make sacrifices to get where you are today.
Your refusal to conform to gender norms and to stand up for yourself against those who want to box you into a particular form of masculinity is also appreciated.
A lot more men need to recognise that emotional intelligence is just as important as the intellectual kind.

Exactly,I tell my son all the time, “just because you’re a man doesn’t mean you have to be nasty.” Cleaning or being clean doesn’t have a gender role. Everyone should want to be clean no matter how large or small the space is.
