Watched all your videos as a subscriber. Very informative video. After the overnight bake, what about vibrating the heck out of it to dislodge what got cooked and then back blow with something connected to the small end?
Ryan can you make a video explaining the difference in the passive regen vs parked regen vs forced regen. Why when my exaust temp shows while I’m driving and it’s doing the regen the exaust temp hovers around 600 but a parked regen goes to 750 and higher. 99 times out of 100 if I’m in a shop it’s the after treatment and all they seem to do is force a regen. Once they removed one of the sensors to force it.
I am thinking about doing this on a 2021 KW t680 with 321,000 miles on it. What kind of results do you think I should expect and how much should I expect to be charged? Great video. I appreciate what you do.
you check the doc for dpf temps on the inlet and outlet during a regen should be within 50, no more than 100 difference, face plugging is a sign of engine problems,

if you have a mx engine that uses a gallon of oil per week have your dpf cleaned and you should be good to go, at that mileage your doc will be fine.
Can it be cleaned out with water?
No
I’ve seen it work quite well provided it’s not extremely packed ( no cleaner just high pressure )
