@@Marketing360 It wasnt as quick as i thought it would be. But I embarked on writing up better content for my first pages for online shop and blog. Using your advice - who am I what i do or what i am selling. I am also looking up competitors sites to see how their sites are set up. Making sure my pages are easily accessible. With my blog which I created to save money I find the tabs / menus are not populating properly when i categorise my posts. So i need to look into that.
Along with high trust = high conversion, is the concept of social proof, the marketing and psychological concept that we want social approval. McDonald's "Billions and Billions served"
Another thought - 3 of these tips, less is more, easy navigation, and testing on mobile could all be done by the UI/UX (user interface, user experience) person/department.
Also true! However, most small businesses don't have a dedicated person in that role so it falls to the owner to do themselves or pitch the vision to a 3rd party provider. Hopefully this video will give them a better understanding of what to look for/ask for.
Did this guy lose his left hand in a shark attack?? With all the advice he’s dishing out you think he would understand the importance of hand gestures and body language... but good content!
It was actually a catastrophic paper airplane accident (don't ask) and he's still a little self conscious about it so thanks for pointing it out to everyone! 😂
I use these tips weekly! With the things I'm learning about my conversion rates my business has more than doubled! Fantastic company and products!
Awesome to hear!
Straight to the points, no nonsense talk. Nice video

Social proof is critical. "If it's good enough for billions, it's probably good enough for me"

That's a lot of dislikes. Weird.
As someone said, that's a lot of dislikes. What's to dislike about pointed, concise, and relative information? I agree, that's weird.
Thanks for the tips. Will surely apply and see how it works.
