Wright's Stain Test | Wright's Staining

This video describes how to perform the procedure of Wright's stain by Anamol Laboratories Private Limited, India.
Intended use:
To detect intestinal protozoa
Principle:
Blood smears are prepared and fixed (using the Fixative). The cellular components when stained turn blue (basophilic) or orange granules (acidophilic). The color intensity can be varied by adjusting the staining time.
Kit components:
Reagent bottles
Kit insert.
Physical Appearance:
Wright stain: Clear ink blue coloured liquid without any particles.
Wright stain buffer: Clear colourless liquid without any particles.

What does the buffer do? I'm testing myself for fragile-X. I tried it with just Methylene blue, and my lymphocytes didn't show any cytoplasm. But today the Wright's red stain arrived, so now I can do it correctly. Will I need the buffer to complete this test? I can't get a doctor to take me seriously enough to test me.
