For me, one of the most intensive and most captive game of all times! Perfect story, perfect actors and an awesome soundtrack! They really did an awesome job on this one!
I adored 4, but wanted more development and interaction with the antagonists. 5 did not disappoint. Thought provoking story (especially in the current Covid19 situation), superb character/voice talent, along with the excellent Far Cry gameplay. Setting the bar high for the next Far Cry game.
I've enjoyed every Far Cry but 5 will always stick out as one of the best. From the landscape, to the story, to the plain evil characters and the satisfying gameplay.
My nephew , 3 years old called far cry 5 as " finding fishing spot" game. He getting better every week with mouse and eye control Now he can even fish hard duckbill sturgeon

Yeah the 5th was my favorite, I have to admit. I've played most of them, but this one hit gold for me for many reasons. I just wish you had the option to play a cult storyline and I wish you could get tattoos as part of character customization.
The whole game was a joy. The environment was amazing to walk around and take in, the characters were memorable and likable/hateable, and the sound track was an absolute homerun. It was truly an immersive experience. At times I wasn't aware I was sitting at my desk, I was THAT immersed in the game.

Some wildlife would've been nice, and the amount of driving to-and-fro was frustrating, but I still replay this game prob once a year.

The DLC was a bold choice in each, but I honestly didn’t think much of the mars or zombies one. The Vietnam one though, that one was stellar and I love it

They did the fishing part so good, that i actually enjoy it when playing the game. Because the fishing part is what it's supposed to be, a silent moment, where you can relax, but still do something which is not action-intensive and you can also financially profit from this. And that says someone, who does eat fish only rarely, who has no experience with fishing whatsoever and wouldn't care for it in Reallife. ...Also i like these moments of silence, where i am fishing in this game for hours and every few minutes there's a new enemy airplane spawning in the sky, reporting me to his friends and then crashes into some trees for no reason. These kamikazee-pilots always trying to tell you: "ey yoooo, there's a plot in this game, come back and play you idiot!" when you're just like: "Nah, i'm fine, i catch fish. Then sell. Life gud."
What astonishes me about Far Cry 5 isn’t the landscape. It’s the people. The animation on them is unbelievably good. They even put imperfections in the skin.
In terms of story, characters and landscape ubisoft are way ahead of times farcry 5 is beautiful the lighting everything and I love Joseph he is my favourite antagonist he really is scary
Holy crap, I didn't even realize it until they pointed it out but yeah, when I play Far Cry 5, I stick to the roads WAY more than when I've played other Far Cry games. I'll even find myself slowing down or pulling over just to watch something in the distance or admire the view. DAMN they did such an amazing job with this game, and I really do think that the reason it resonates so much with so many people is that for a lot of us, especially those who live in/near the Rocky Mountains, we've seen Hope County before. We know it because it's in our backyards. It's our home.
i wish they making a DLC for Far Cry 5 with Story line on how daily life i goes, like going fishing, eating, living in the Fall's End. its like Mafia 3 and GTA combined.
To me far cry gets better with each new game implementing something new. And keeping it there. Although fc5 did bring back enemy revives a fallen enemy like far cry 2. Far cry 5 is my favourite open world game because I get to play it cooperatively with my dad who is 71.
7 should be set in the canadian wilderness. Maybe showing the discourse between the natives and the modern people. Kinda like kyrat, but this actually is to show that both sides are fucked, and we need to find a way to fix this, even if none are obvious

I have beaten Farcry 5 3 times. I think I've fished once. While I don't care about it, I think stuff like that is why FC5 is potentially the best FC, next to 3.
