For Fried Aloo:
2-3 Potatoes roughly chopped
Oil for frying
Hing
1 tsp jeera
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp dhaniya powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp maggi masala-e-magic
Salt as per taste
For Pulao:
Oil
Hing
1 tsp jeera
Tejpatta
Cloves( laung)
1-2 roughly chopped onions
Curry leaves
Water
Rice soaked for an hour
Salt as per taste
1 tsp pulao masala & Schezwan fried rice masala
together
For Chane ki daal:
Oil
2-3 cups chane ki daal soaked for an hour
Hing
1 tsp jeera
1 finely chopped onion
1 tomato chopped & mashed
Salt as per taste
2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp maggi masala-e-magic
Water
