Made this today - the dal turned out amazing! I don't think any of my previous days have turned out so perfect before - especially the moong dal trick. I also really appreciated all the little tips sprinkled throughout the video - even though I've been cooking for many years, I learned so much from those tips that I didn't know before which will no doubt improve my cooking skills moving forward!
