- Lemon shark, bonnet heads, dusky sharks, white and black tip reef sharks, and a baby bull shark! And a 8 foot moray eel curled up in the rocks you can't see. Two japanese leopard sharks were just taken out previous to the video
oh god i just can imagine a group of drunk friends playing truth or dare in the basement.
Well some species do not attack people a lot for example the black tip I assume. Correct me if I'm wrong but that's what I remember XDD
Yeah but theres videos of those lemons ripping people to shreads
blacktips will eat whats in front of them. ive caught a ton off of florida coast
Truth or dare? Your man card has just been revoked lol!
DONT HOLD BACK 😂😂😂😂😁
Now you need to attach frikin lazer beams to their frikin heads.
+Method Man and missiles
Maybe the next project will be mutated seabass.
wouldn't they break the tank? lol
Nobody got the austin power reference
Actually lazerbeams do exist.. styropyro is a master with them. So its possible
can u imagine the electrical bill
John Zabik what about water bills
@@abarracuda927 water bill would be less than $10 a year, i dunno about electric
They probably illegally steal their electricity from a telephone pole
Electric really isn't that bad, it's lighting over an SPS reef that's expensive. Pumps and whatnot don't use much in comparison.
@@DanielHJeffery Especially with modern unpressurized DC pumps. If you just gotta move water without moving it uphill, it's not so bad.
Impressive If housed properly with adequate swimming space and optimum water quality these sharks will outlive their wild friends.
This is great! This person did everything perfectly! Large circular shaped aquarium so the sharks don’t bump their snoots on the aquarium walls like in a square aquarium. The aquarium is plenty large enough for lifetime care of a few black tip or white tip reef sharks. Plenty of swimming space and doesn’t have too much rock so the animals don’t rub up against hard surfaces. Water is crystal clean which tells me the filtration is plenty good enough and the animals all look happy healthy and without cuts or scrapes. Beautiful my friend well done! Might I suggest you add a few frogs pawns to the rock in the middle for looks?
"we need a bigger tank"
"Not Snow Flake"
So f*cking awesome! Now you need to make a video showing all the pumps and filters running that system and explain how the whole thing was set up and how much it all cost.
I will soon.
and with a canon 5d mark iii. This video was shot on a earlier model droid.
dave coppola plz do this thing is amazing
Forget cost, I just want to see what the filtration of something like that is, on that scale!! Show us pls!
I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE FOLLOW UP VIDEO ON HOW IT WORKS
all he needs to do is strap "frickin laserr beams to their heads"
Thats insane ! Very nice looking setup it looks very well taken care of as well
How many kids do u feed them a week lol
Chris Ruiz
That comment is Racist as fuck
Kermit Robbery Chris is just trying to get a reaction out of you
quagmire feels If people find it offensive it isn’t a joke.
@@Salty7737 boo hoo
That's cool I've always wondered why nobody has ever tried to take an abover ground swimming pool and make it into an aquarium and here it is.
You can see they’re so healthy and well taken care of.
Oh my god that tank is so overstocked- said every idiot in the comments section on every fish tank video ever
Beats my little 20L fish tank
John Lennon Jr it beats my 400L
Beets my 1l
Epic sharks especially Bonnethead Shark, Blacktip Reef Shark, Whitetip Reef Shark, & Dusky Shark.
Dude mad props! You have gorgeous sharks in your tank! Would love to see this in person!!
if someone ever pisses u r your friend off just be like come down to my basement and cool off and take a swim!!
I think having the lemon, dusky, and bull sharks are pretty irresponsible. They just get too large to live in a home aquaria. The rest are pretty cool though. As the bull got larger, did it become aggressive? I know they have a habit of eating their tankmates in aquaria, even other sharks.
If the sharks get to big he sells them to a person whit a tank with more room
jesse sinnema There is no such tanks that could house a bull shark. They can grow to over 8 ft and keeping one is just irresponsible and unfair to the fish. It's not a matter of if he gets to big its a matter of when he gets to big. Also transporting a big shark isn't and easy task and can stress the poor fish out.
Yes i know that having a bull shark in a tank is not good but its his choise
Tigerpuffer i wonder where he got them from in the first place? And if the systembis still running today.
Michael Rowland I'm not buying tickets😒
oh if only i had the money
This tank would be as close to ideal as a home aquarium could practically support, if you had only 2-3 sharks at the absolute maximum. A shoal of pelagic feeders and some large crabs would be interesting and provide a natural food source.
Yeah I fucking love it ok
When ur daughter’s boyfriend cheats on her invite him over and ask him “can you swim?”
For all you haters I prefer them to be in their instead of being caught and killed. These are awesome fish and at least they are being taken care of. Love the tank but I prefer of getting a basking shark if I support one myself
Maxx Hill
A basking shark!? You would need a way bigger tank than the one in the video.
@@ctrlaltdefeatx2898 from what I remember, isn't that the 2nd biggest shark alive today?
THE MIGHTY KING JOSIAH
I believe so.
See now heres my problem... I sleep walk sometimes and I would prefer to not turn that into sleep swimming
Omg hahahahahahahahaha sleep drowning
This is amazing. I love the sea life.
I hope your friend releases these sharks soon. There is no way a tiny pool can ever be comparable to a shark's natural environment.
They are captive bred..they wouldn't survive in the wild
@@roadkillfrog5591they will have to go to a proper aquarium especially the lemon and bull I would of thought it should be deeper
These sharks originate from different parts of the world and potentially carry diseases not found in certain regions. Releasing them is a terrible idea.
@@roadkillfrog5591These large requiem sharks are usually not captive bred.
All, I can say to this, is WOW! I love sharks! ;)
LETS SWIM!!! sayd the little boy before taking hes last foot step in hes oncles basement lol
Hahaha
Les Malades Your grammar is unbearable like, it is just horrible.
Mady O'Brien i dont give a shit not my 1st language
That made no sense in anyway possible...
Mady O'Brien do you have a brain? cant read your first language?
He has a protein skimmer the size of a garbage pail and a 2000 gallon sump box with bio balls, sediment filters, calcium drippers ect. The ammonia spikes often due to all the pee so water changes almost every 4 days. He has pvc routed directly to a drain in the floor which channels it to outside, so water changes don't take long at all. I haven't seen him in awhile but when i get a chance to go back i'll take another video with a real camera and not a cell phone, along with the filtration setup.
So, Mr. Bond...
+marvin z. martian yes ?
+Matthew Bond the easy way, or the hard way?
Now this is a proper fucking shark tank not like the other ones I been seeing with people having sharks in narrow 75 gallon tanks
how big is the tank ? Must be awesome to live with the sharks. Please post a video if your friend decides to swim in that tank.
Could you go into more detail about the set up and filtration you had to set up for keeping them?
I need 2 get rid of a body
To Dave Coppola - What measures have you taken to make sure those sharks can not jump out of that swimming pool? My 6 inch Bala shark ( I know, not a real shark) can jump out of that pool so I am real curious what makes you think they are safe?
I totally overlooked using an above ground pool as an aquarium. Is the Vinyl lining saltwater safe? Are there any structural reinforcements to keep it from leaking or bursting apart since it is in his basement? if it weren't for the types of sharks he has in there, I would be going for a swim too. Maybe with cat sharks, grey nurses, or wobeygongs. I am impressed!
This is mind boggling. I'm just curious, but don't bull sharks get rather large and aggressive?
those arent bull sharks lol they are black tip reef sharks
Where and how did you get a lemon shark? I'm not as surprised about the other sharks, but a lemon shark? Those things get huge!
must be a exciting life for those sharks lol awesome tank
Uh, no. They are taken from their natural habitat and stuffed in a small place. That tank is WAY to small for so many sharks.
Angel Casillas these sharks are captive bred
They belong in the damn ocean where they are free. Not some tiny ass tank where they swim in circles all day long. This most definitely is animal cruelty.
PresidentialOGkush cows and pigs also belong in the wild but we kill millions of them every year
Correct, however sharks are completely different in comparison. They need to constantly be swimming and not just in a tiny circle. Where as cows just need grass and a few acres to roam around and they will be content. Most sharks that are held in actual aquariums such as Monterey bay aquarium are let loose after just a few years because being in such a confined space greatly stresses them out.
Which pulbic aquarium do you work for? I've worked for several, including managing one of the largest shark collections in the world. I'm currently keeping the most species diverse shark collection on display in South FL. After having worked years with bulls, lemons and most of the other speices in this pool, I'm positive this set up is ideal for it's purpose. Bulls are only aggressive if you give them a reason to be. If kept properly, they will not mess with tank mates at all.
how does the viewing window not shatter when you made it yourself?
It's acrylic. It drills no problem. And it's placed high, not deep so there's not much pressure against it
i dont even want to try to imagine what his water bill is like from doing the water changes on that thing. but Damn it is so badass
water changes vary in volume depending upon the situation but some are 5-10 thousand gallons!
daaamn!
If only they had laser beams taped to their heads
And chainsaws for fins
Not too bad, but I am not going to get excited until I see some sharks with fricken laserbeams attached to their heads.
so what is the plan when the bullshark gets too big? i dont think your pond could handle a 8 foot aggresive shark, but an impressive pond for sure!
I still find this incredible..a pool with sharks in the basement...👍
how big is the tank? How many gallons?!
Henry
Okay here is my question. How the hell do you get a lemon shark?! Lol. The shark with the large second dorsal fin that’s just s little smaller than the first is a lemon shark.
Keeping these sharks are cool and all but that water bill must be huge.
This is James Bond kind of stuff, what a way to take out your enemys!
beautiful but over crowded , i would only have one or 2 in this tank, i think they are for temporary display?
The man with the sharks is lucky, fortunate fellow! Wish I were in his shoes.
Lil Johny said too his Uncle he was going swimming. His Uncle said ok but he wondered where he was going to swim.Lil Johny headed to the basement but cut himself on the railings. He then jumped in the "pool" and was brutally mauled and eaten by sharks.
wow ur friend is rich white and black tip reef sharks are some of my favorite sharks
Awesome but it’s probably time to let the biggest one go to a new home. Beautiful sharks.
That's the coolest.. how wide/gallons is the pool?
that was amazing those are black tip reef sharks.
+Leanna Wittmer yes they are
nice tank and that must be some awsome filtration system to keep it clear as that
This is absolutely insane and so awesome
This is so freaking amazing but the thing is you have the white tip shark and if u fell in there u would have been screwed OK tip never fall in there have a nice day
That's crazy...nice video cx
how did u put the wiewing window in nice tank btw they look really good what u feed them
its actually an above ground pool setup in a basement. A nice power saw, acrylic window, and some rivets and boom. If it's mounted from the inside, the presure of the water almost seals the window alone.
What was used as a sealant for the acrylic
shark tank, more like shark pond! MORE LIKE FRICKIN SHARK GALLERY!!! all he needs is stingray
Lol... Ronald, how many sharks have you cared for?
This tank is amazing? I would love a set up like this. I am a shark fanatic!
i wana scuba dive with adult black tips some day
Revan1231 Those are Duskies, Lemons and Godamn Bull sharks, Are you sure?
He has reefs and nurse sharks holy crap
Turning a swimming pool into a shark tank... Fuckin awesome!
I love how people are saying this is cruel when these sharks are probly eating better than in the wild and there in a safe environment
i dont know but i think its not the best day for you if you fall into that shark
Enough with the negative comments, Jesus i mean this guy knows what he's doing.
Bro has blacktip in his attic blackTIP!
i wonder how long he/she has had these amazing animals? I also wonder how much the maintenance for them is? Finial question is how much did that set up cost over all including all the previous tanks, food, chemicals to clean the water, pumps, and heaters. I really want to know how much time, money, and motivation this takes.
A lot

Your friend is the luckesy person in the world :)
Very cool but do they have laser beams attached to their freaking heads#dr. Evil
Blacktip reef shark
its sad to see this beautiful creatures...living in this tanks.. this is not they natural habitat
it's so sad to know that you have HERNIA”. so many people die of it!!!!:-(
Just because something isn't in a "natural" environment doesn't mean they're being abused, sad, unhealthy, etc. Tank requirements are specified for sea animals. As long as it is given the actual swimming space it needs its ok. Yes. It's not the ocean but the volume of ocean is more vast than what the creature actually needs. Its the same with humans, a man doesn't need a 200 sqft house. He can be ok in a 650 sqft apartment. Now just to say, you say hes unhappy in a more confined space. That is only because he has the ability to reason out of discontent. His actual need isn't the 200 sqft house. A shark does not have the same reasoning capacity as a human. It lives based on internal instincts. As long as the volume requirements are met for sea creatures they can live happily in a tank.
That being said, I don't know if this tank is too small. I have fish, not sharks.
what ever dude... so what is the point of putting of sharks on tanks instead in the ocean? my point is ocean are their home... not on the tank!! if they are happy in tank what more in their real home!!
Saves them from being shark finned and overfishing that has already threatened species like the Blacktip that is slow reproducing. It may not be the sea but as long as all the requirements are met the Sharks are quite comfortable in tanks. If they were distressed in any way they wouldn't feed and they would have scars on them from them damaging themselves due to stress.
The only ones making a fuss about everything is people like you the sharks themselves are quite happy, sure they will need bigger tanks when they grow but that tank is apparently only temporary.
is someone sad because they cant afford one
what are the dimensions of the tank its really cool
That a big happy home for them
+harris3693 the guy who owns them, raises them and sells them to aquariums
I wonder if they would attack you if you fell in or just play around you ?
Just my opinion I studied sharks before and the only one that may REALLY want to attack you is the bull
thx for the info yeah bullsharks are notoriuos for their agressive behaviour
I wish there was more information about this set up.
Black tips and grey reef sharks!
Cool idea, but there's too many fish in there. 1 or 2 sharks should be the maximum for a tank this size.
Nah
Best swimming pool ever!!
Do any states in America ban the private sale of live sharks? I live in Maryland and want to own a black tip reef shark tank one day but don’t know for certain the law.
Sharksuppy llc does
I seen this in the newspaper this guy got arrested. They found 3 dead sharks in the pool too. It was in LaGrangeville NY....
Ant Fel he did get arrested but the news is messing up the real story. He keeps dead sharks frozen and does research on them. They weren't floating in the tank lol.
He also didn't get arrested for having the tank and sharks, he got arrested for taking a shark from the ocean and transporting it.
cool and scary at the same time.
Just lucky to look at your tank.
must suck to be a fish, swim, swim, all you do, swim, in a circle, swim.
That must cost ALOT
lol people saying they should be in the ocean but if this is so bad then why are aquariums fine
That's awesome just having huge sharks In your house!!!
I'd be swimming in their every day. They're black tips, small and not very aggressive. Worst case you get bit atleast you can just walk out and go get stitches, no drown risk lol
OMG awesome that tank is so cool
Fantastic!...your friend ..''CHRIS THE HOBBY GUY''
Is there a trap door on the floor above it? Because there totally should be one.
How much did all this cost?
That's awesome..
Goals except I'm not a saltwater guy
If I found out my friend had a shark tank in her basement, I'd never come over again...
Yeah cause they might jump out of the fucking tank walk up the fucking stairs bust down your fucking door beat the shit out of you and then run away to another town to hide from police
+sucre exactly
+sucre no but real talk, I don't know if they'd throw me in or not. Some people can be crazy and I wouldn't know
Throw a barracuda in there. I always wanted one of those.
