I was at this show. I can say with absolute certainty that this set won them a lot of new fans down here in Austin. I would say about half of the crowd knew them, but there were a lot of folks there who had maybe just heard about them or who literally just wandered over because Phish was one of the two headliners that night. The energy of this performance always blows me away and is a standout of the early 3.0 era. This set gets overlooked and poo-poo'd a lot by Phishheads because it was a "festival set" and not a full two set show. It was also in Texas - a fact that turns off a lot of folks up north. That all being said, IFYKYK. This show brought THE HEAT.
I was there and it was my first real introduction to Phish. Blew my mind and remains my favorite set of theirs. One the best shows I’ve ever seen to this day
That was a BEAUTIFUL PERFORMANCE. What a blessed audience to witness it!
No one should have a say on this show unless there. They showed up and brought the FIRE!!!! I’d seen several other sets that day by plenty of musicians and nothing holds a candle to this.

I was there and agree this is absolutely a super underrated show. They slayed this set! Trey and the band were absolutely on fire 🔥 Been to lots of Phish shows and this ranks as one of the most high energy performances I’ve seen

Hey man, thanks for the content. I've downloaded this video and will be posting it ad-free on my channel. I am also in-process on reporting your entire channel to YT and to the band. I typically wouldn't care but you're in violation of their taper policy by putting ads in your videos.
Like I said, I typically wouldn't care but you put so many ads and inside the middle of songs that you deserve to lose all of this.
