For what it's worth, I've always had good results shooting auto WB then correcting (if necessary) in post. In reality when shooting raw there is no WB until it's set in post, anyway. The WB presets are really for JPG shooting, since that gets baked into the image by the camera. In the last couple of years I've often pushed highlights warmer and shadows cooler (with mids going either way depending on the scene) -- A sort of color grading. It can really help with depth and relative importance of visual elements within the shot. Your videos are always relaxing and interesting to watch.
I always enjoy your videos. As many mentioned, not a huge fan of the music. I used to use a Canon 5D Mk III, I just couldn’t get the colour balance right from my images. After a year, I sold it on, it was a splendid camera really but just not for me. I have 5 grandsons via 2 daughters; ages ranging from 23 to 6. The 2 youngest are a real handful…
Thank you for taking time to comment it is much appreciated. I am sorry that you disliked the music. You are not the first to not like this particular music. I felt that it was appropriate but having heard peoples thought I will not be using this particular track again.
Thank you for taking the time to comment. Having read your comment I have done some quick research over the net and Derwentwater is more common than Derwent Water and maybe I should change. I will have to think about this. In general for the spelling of place names I rely on Ordnance Survey feeling that they will know the correct spelling. They have Derwent Water and that is why I use that form. It is interesting to note that we have both Wast Water and Wastwater but for that the name Wast Water seems more common on the net.
A wonderful place to capture and it’s sure different. Love the head of the lake. Have a Great Sunday!!
Thank you so much my friend.

Thank you so much for that. I am in the process of refining the way I process the image and the auto WB will help in that.

@@keswicklimeyphotographyForgot to say that I really like the picture at 6:22.
Thank you for that.
The person in the background music with the incessant shouting spoilt the video for me, it just seemed never ending.
Thank you for taking time to comment it is much appreciated.

can't be much of a local if you think it's called Derwent Water. For all of my 62 years here it has been called Derwentwater.

Not sure of the music choice as it sound like someone yelling in some sort of anguish. I have to skip past .
Thank you for commenting. Unfortunately music is a personal thing and I liked it, sorry you did not.
