The dialogues feel heavily forced,and offcourse the forced easter eggs and references to the older games. Trust me they should have stopped with 3. Andromeda=Milking Factory 2.0. I am not wasting a dime on this. It feels cheap...excellent to watch a movie of on a boring Sunday afternoon.

This game is gorgeous and I am proud to say that I will invest many many hours into it. I respect everyone's opinions as thats what we should all do, as we are the consumers.
It looks terrible. The characters look like zombies, the animations are laughable. Maybe you should buy another game. Horizon? Zelda?

The "galaxy map" is actually a cluster map, not an entire galaxy. Heleus cluster is just a tiny part of the Andromeda galaxy.

Oooor the game might just be total garbage and you've lost nothing. At all. That's how I'm gonna do it. 10 hours should be enough to decide whether the overall gameplay and story telling ist worth my time and money. I hope.

Another must have game for me this year. Usually only a couple of those a year and I rent everything else but this year there has been four announced (as long as RDR2 does come out this year) that are pre-order or day one purchases.
I honestly don't see this huge flaw with the facial animation or any of these other things people are complaining about? I just hear this same stuff being regurgitated over and over again and it's just cringey to behold. I suspect it might be people copying/parroting back what they've heard from other sources in the media, maybe influenced by a popular magazine article or most likely well known RUclipsrs opinions. We can't help but be influenced by media and each other as humans and this Andromeda negativity has got be coming from somewhere and other people are jumping on the band wagon and saying the EXACT same thing. If it was peoples genuine unbiased opinion I dunno... there would be more variation in the things they don't like about the game but it's all the EXACT same things and usually younger people so yeah that's what I'm guessing.. just sheeple just jumping on the hate band wagon. It's cringy. I've been wondering do you think other developers ever put out bad press about other games in order to deter people from buying it so that they'll buy theirs instead? Perhaps even encouraging popular RUclipsrs to hate on the game to influence popular opinion. Who knows but I just notice a lot of great well made games lately are getting bad press at the moment it's strange (I mean Star wars Battlefront II for instance... what the hell is wrong with that it's another beautiful game and so addictive and fun!). Maybe gamers are being too picky these days or expect waaay too much. Hell I just appreciate them even making a game about something I like (as long as they don't completely ruin it) especially when they do such a beautiful job,. I dunno... it's just insulting to all the hours and love people have put into it and I don't think it deserves this kind of trashy half-arsed criticism. Such negativity surrounding this game. What about what the developers done right (which was pretty much everything imo)?! I mean come on give the game some credit at least! I really don't see many problems with this game (if any at all) and I played it blind and unbiased. The facial animations look great to me, infact, the whole game looks REALLY incredible, amazing graphics, great characters and it's been really exciting and engaging so far! And besides, even if say... the animation did look slightly off, why does the facial animation have to be so so perfect so as to discredit the entire game? I play it for the adventure, the story, the characters, the freedom, exploring the vastness of space, all the amazing planets to explore and the stunning vistas. Who cares about all these negative points. I dunno the game just looks absolutely gorgeous to me and I can see me putting a lot of hours upon hours into this, quite easily! I even let the bad reviews sway my opinion too of the game (I'm not immune either to bias) at one point I wasn't even going to buy Andromeda because it got such bad press that I thought it must be bad. How wrong was I! Just think of all the hours of fun and enjoyment I would have missed out on! I'll never let other peoples opinions sway my opinion of a game ever again. From now on I'm just gonna play every game blind and form my own unbiased opinion on it like I did with this one. I love this game so much and I for one think they done a fantastic job! I feel really emotionally invested in the characters, I'm in absolute awe of space and the planets, and I'm really looking forward to exploring and putting hours into this. So to anyone out there who's actually enjoying the game (haha... anyone?) respect and enjoy! :-)
LisaSimpson2 that’s the reason I picked it up last week, I want to explore those beautiful and eerie worlds, and I like resource gathering and crafting so I think I am going to like this game. I haven’t fired it up yet because I am playing Valhalla which gave me a massive AC itch. Now I am tempted to buy and play Origins before Andromeda. Ubisoft is driving me crazy in a good way with those amazing open world maps

At number 11, it's not the whole of Andromeda availible, only the Helios Cluster, because you don't have the Mass Relays which were build by the Reapers in the Milky Way. So whithout them, you cannot travel between clusters (galaxies are made of clusters), because they are very very far apart from each other, so they're focusing only on the livable planets in the Helios Cluster, they have to stay within travel range of the Nexus. So we will play in only a small part of the Andromeda Galaxy.

I didnt buy anything for Mass effect 3 (apart from Javik) Andromeda would have to pull me in like Mass Effect 1 did. Get me pumped like Mass Effect 2 just not fuck me over like Mass Effect 3. its been accidently confirmed as a trilogy so we shall see.

I really don't get how people are saying this game is ugly. If Ubisoft was publishing this game they would have tarted it up in previews and made it look beautiful then downgrade it to hell on release. Say what you will about EA, they don't downgrade their games very often because they run on Frostbite. If you look at this game in comparison to Dragon Age Inquisition it looks like an incredible improvement.

So like seven things I need to try is story linear, well of course that's going to happen, it's part of the story.
An issue I have is the model is the SR-2 not the SR-1. I get that the SR-2 is arguably the better Normandy (being size, firepower, etc.) but Mass Effect 2 hadn't even really started aside from the SR-1 being blown into confetti. So how did these model makers create a ship that hadn't even been made yet?

LostSparten071 some famous youtuber name mklafire ice forgot his full user name called got the game early and cora face animations and along with the others are seen smiling in nearly every seen even during the battle in the final part of the first part of the game.
I will just ask the characters in the game why are yall smiling during a shootout this is dangerous, i'm scared shitless.
There is a first day patch which is also going to fix those animations and add more customizable features and offer different tones of hair. Pretty much what we are seeing is an older build. The videos that I have watched from those who have gotten early access state this and Bioware addressed what the patch will fix.
sundawg911 i hope so man but its not going to stop me from buying this game, i love the me series more compared Dragon's age horrible combat. DA games are good is just the combat is dull at best and i wish the the next near future games follows games like Dragon age and dark souls for combat advice or The upcoming Shadow of War game.

This game has gone SO incredibly terribly bad with Andromeda. Unbelievable... as where you hear voices of the Joker, Anderson or any other character you immediately recognize them. They have such an impact, almost none of the voices have that in Andromeda.
The choices wheel is so bad most of the time you end up on the same thing or it's just something you can click them all. No more going good or bad either, so pointless.
I really really REALLY FFS hope they are putting their backs in it. I'd be happy to pay for any sequels, DLC's what so ever. Just don't friggin rush it like Andromeda.
1,2,3 is just the best gaming story ever, I know it's hard to do better but at least give us that concept with something new added.

they originally wanted them to be tall in the trilogy, engine limitation. turians, too.
fun fact: a federation starship would have to travel at warp 9.95 TNG scale to get to the Andromeda galaxy in the same amount of time that it took the expedition ships. Just proof that the Mass Effect ships using their own drives are only as fast as Star Trek ships but that's still not slow by any definition.

There is ONE problem 10 Hours of Trial access for MEA with Origin access and MEA Pre-order isnt clearly Enough Ill be Playing through the entire game and then Hundreds of hours of MP so yeah aactually 16th and 17th is a Busy days so IDK if i can even play at all on those days.

I'm honestly a bit weary of all the freedom you have of loadouts. Is this how combat is gonna go? "I'm a biotic with extreme biotic power!" *5 seconds later* "Nevermind, I have no biotic abilities and instead I'm a tech genius!". That just seems stupid to me.
Stupid title... Most (if not all) of these things, are something you HAVE to do... not something you "need to try", because it's not like you get a choice? Obviously you're going to be shooting things... obviously you're going to be talking to the characters...
Is that what they did? They pushed "Randomize" and went "Oh lets use that as one of the support character". Hope i can go as far as removing my eyes, nose, mouth n shit to look like Slenderman, that way i won't need to worry about the facial expressions

Am I the only one that noticed that Tempest exterior doesn't match the Tempest interior. Interior is much larger then it should be based on external dimensions.

the geth LA Noire had good models with awful mocap. This is awful models with awful mocap. No clue how the game is but you can't neglect the lack of polish there.
It looks significantly worse than the characters in ME1. A game from 2007. I'm not even looking through rose-tinted glasses here-- ME1's facial expressions were genuinely better. You know how I know? Because I actually wanted to fuck the women in ME1!
