New Zealand are in this position as well with their fly half issues.

    • @CraigMinnie
      @CraigMinnie Месяц назад +1

You do know that a backline doesn't only attack , they have to defend as well. So who are your centers I presume Sacha and Moodie, that's the heart of your defense and they both haven't played there a lot at international level. You also gotta understand that Am and Kriel are only 30 and have massive experience at center. You also leave out Fassi and Grant Williams who have been superb this year .As a attacking backline I can agree with 80 percent of your selections. But defensively they will leak tries like a sieve.By the way Pollard is also only 30 .So this definitely won't be the backline for 2027 world cup, Rassie will keep as many experienced players that are still at the top of there game.

He had "no pressure" against Scotland when he had a hand in both tries and made a spectacular try saving tackle? He had no pressure when he directed the Stormers to a URC championship especially in that semi final when he kicked a mammoth kick from the sideline to steal the game at the death? Wasn't he also the Top try scorer in the URC that season? Wasn't he top in the most try assists last season?
I love how you Pollard fanboys skip over facts and stats to twist your own narrative..😂😂😂

@@yeayou1221came here to say the same thing. Manie is a hell of a talent but cannot kick to save us. Questioning him being in the team over someone like Sacha (I know he’s injured) or Pollard is perfectly valid. Pollard might not be on the same level as Manie in his vision but Pollard is a complete 10. Until we have a kicker on the field at the same time as Manie and doesn’t cost us a position just to kick then we can stop. And it’s not “hate” to have these conversations. Ultimately we’re all wanting the best players to play.

The skew scrum feeds (by the 9's) have been obvious for the last 10 years (at least) yet all the referees and administrators are quite happy with the status quo. The oppositions chances of hooking the ball in a fair contest are now zero. This changes the whole dynamic of the scrum as the 'non feed' team put all the efforts into pushing and disrupting the scrum - hence we have so many scrum resets. Just leads me to believe the administrators want the game to evolve towards a rugby league type scrum which would be a very sad development indeed.

Libbok is now our first choice flyhalf. Hendrikse, Willemse and Kolbe can kick to goal.
I'm incredibly excited about the future with Libbok in that no.10 jersey!!

Libbok our 1st choice 10???? All he has proven is that he can ONLY perform when he has no pressure…he can pass well..and that is the whole of his game. Shaky on defence and he can’t kick. Pollard is tried and tested … has an abundance of BMT, can pass kick and defend. And he thrives under pressure. Sasha is growing into a better option than Libbok and he can handle pressure, can create openings and he CAN KICK !! LIBBOK should be no more than 3rd choice!,

Those three have been tested for two years and can’t kick sticks at a world
Class rate . Manie is lekker but unless we play a world class kicker also we won’t win another word cup . If pollard had not have been brought into 2023 and 2019 we win nothing . Maybe Sacha at 15 as a kicker

Look at the difference when there's a southern hemisphere ref controlling the match ... running rugby is allowed to flourish. Advantage is played much better, fewer pedantic penalties, and an all together better spectator sport.

The best is that players THINKS about the next move Must a play ruck or run Look at Ox and you will see what i mean. In the past player just played tight move. Create the loos scrum

Guys I think it's time we give the ABs the same respect that the Breakdown show gives to the Boks they couldn't even say congratulations that's how sour they are,, so pls be the same!

@@joelporter000 This particular show analyzes the Boks play. The other show called Boks Office is broader in its input. This also a RUclips channel.
So it would probably be fairer to compare the Breakdown with whatever Supersport dishes up on DStv.

Where do you think the ref got it wrong? I think the yellow where the guy slapped down the ball could have only been a penalty, but then again, Kolbe got a yellow for the exact same thing in the World Cup Final.

As of September 2023, the Springboks and Ireland have played a total of 28 test matches since their first encounter in 1906. Matches Played: 28 Springboks Wins: 18 Ireland Wins: 10
Ireland zero world cups, Boks 🏆🏆🏆🏆.
Recent two match series one all. Now look up confirmation bias, in your mirror, and blush.

I do recall the Boks beat them earlier this year.
Oh, you must refer to the following match when the Boks lost by 1 point and the Irish reverted to thuggery, attempting to end some players careers.
Irish is a great side but lets not get carried away.

Emjay, djy het duidelik n papsak of 2 daar oppie flats leg gesuip!! All that LIBBOK did was prove beyond a shadow that he can ONLY feature when he has NO PRESSURE. Otherwise he is useless..no BMT, no Defense, no general game play. In other words he is useless when the pressure games come around. Pollard has shown he has all the qualities including BMT (by the buckets full) to win 2 WC’s … Misskop has proven nothing positive….

The key to that performance was the return, at lo.o.o.ong last, of our renowned smother brick shithouse defence; the Argies couldn’t get anything going. I hope it’s here to stay.
