    thanks a lot Coach PJ!! when do ou think is best time for exercising: Morning, evening or doesn´t matter? Also, what time do you normally go to bed? Finally, is it important to go to bed before 12am or it´s not relevant as long as you sleep the right number of hours? Muchas gracias por todo!!!

      Doesn't really matter for 99.9% of people...whenever you will get it in is the best time! I personally prefer to do it first thing in the morning so no matter how busy and chaotic my day gets I always get my workout in.

    Sir, when i was abducting my arm quickly on the day after chest work out suddenly I felt something moving inside my front deltoid... From there on I am getting hurt suddenly if I abduct my arm towards chest.. It has not affected my workouts.. I am painless during my workouts except incline bench press... What should I do.. Please help me

      Sarath J, sounds like a bummer! Here is my advice: step 1- find pain free exercise variations and train those. Step 2- if the pain does not go away after a week or two, find a legitimate physical therapist or provider in your area to assess (I am not one).       @@CoachPJNestler it is not ruining my workouts... But problem is I am getting pain with cracking sound In humerus if I move my arm towards chest like doing some sort of cable cross over action without weights... It is not at all hurting otherwise. This has been happening for past 10 months... According to you what could be the problem.. Should I ignore it since my workouts are pain free
