The first 24 hours i spent in my first Runescape play through was literally at lumbridge fighting goblins and walking into al Kharid to play with the scorpions in the mine.

most of the game wasnt in the game when i started 19 years ago and i did 3 quests and farmed cows,chickens and goblins for my first 24hrs didnt get to falador for another couple of weeks which was my hub for the next decade.

Also, P2P leveling and money making is like 100x faster than f2p. Thanks for this.

P2P is extremely worth it
You’re right questing is fucking fast but some quests are incredibly long or have previous requirements, for new players it can be overwhelming because you may want to level agility and do the quests that give agility xp but one question requires two precious quests and one of those quests requires you to be able to kill a lvl 47, by the time you grind that you could have grinded the agility, I got to 30 agility in about 2 hours of just solid grinding, it’s not that bad
I always end up training anyway because i figure quest exp only takes you so far. Gonna be grinding that crap heavily by the mid levels either way. (Barring some big ones like waterfall quest, dragon slayer, fight arena, which I always do)
@@Ventorath True, but doing initial quests in a strategic order allows you to skip most all early levels which are incredibly slow and unrewarding. It's better to do the quests when the xp boost actually makes a difference.
There will never be an end to the content that can be created with this game.

I feel like these kinds of challenges runs, pop challenges, speedruns, etc. Have defined the meta on how to start an account. It's kinda crazy how fast a seasoned player can blow past the achievements of a regular new account
Personally I think they waste a lot of time NOT getting fairy rings ASAP. I didn't see Lost City on their list of quests (literally one of the shortest quests in the game, takes 5 minutes with ring of recoil.) They already had to do Priest in Peril and Nature Spirit anyway. All they needed was Lost City and Fairytales 1 then unlock rings and boom. I got that goal done very quickly myself.
I love how you’re so in tune with the game that even though you’re relatively rich you can still appreciate good price margins and gp gains under 100k
This video got me back into osrs and im now lvl 74 combat with a d scim and berserker helm and some dragon Armour. I literally did everything he did in this video ! Thanks man

Lol I literally bookmarked this video a year ago for this reason, and just recently used it as a guide for early game account building and questing. Framed’s game-plan worked so well! I tweaked the order of quests near the end a bit and added some others (like fairy tale and ghosts ahoy and animal magnetism). And now I’m 75 combat with dragon gear and armor too lmao. It took me about 48 hours to do what Framed did in 24 hours, which was to be expected of course. I remember seeing your comment a year ago and thinking, hell yeah, ima do that too, so thanks! i had long been meaning to get back into osrs as someone who played back in 2007. The apple basket moneymaker still works like a charm. When that slowed down I did enchanting rings of recoil (fyi for anyone who wants to do this) to make some more gp while questing. One thing I did, and I can’t remember if Framed did this or not. But I asap made 1.2 mil and got 50 construction. Absolutely worth the investment for the altar and mounted glory and portal chamber.

Making ultracompost is another great money maker. When looting in pvp amethyst arrows you pick up coat them with poison++ and you'll get even more. Thank you for another great video and I do like it when they are 25 minutes

lmao i started playing this game when i was about 7 im now 23 and the highest i got my account was to lvl 89 playing off and on between wow and rs mostly playing wow. I got my account band for bottling back in 2017 so i never wanted to do all the quest and stuff again until i saw this video and see i could pretty much get to where i was at on my other account in one day lmao.. So i did exactly what you did on my new account and im back to playing this game! thanks for the great vid lol!

so i pulled up all the quests on this video and did them in the order you did plus a few others and in just under 27 hours got 74 combat. this is a great video for someone making a new account that wants to grind up fast.
I know... I KNOW that I SUCK at OSRS. But watching videos of people playing it and doing whatever never gets old.

I didn't even know there was an adventure's path thing. That's actually pretty neat for new players.
the guy at 1:00 looks exactly like my character and the stuff I've been wearing so i'm gonna say it's me and make my friends jealous.
Just adding info. The adventure paths full requirements are 20 in attack, strength, defense, range, and magic. 5 in woodcutting, fishing, and mining. The overall rewards are worth around 60k gp in goods. Also speak to him about a starter kit to get a basic set of gear for level 1 magic, range, and melee. After everything he will give you a voucher which you can take to Varrock npcs to get more rewards. The end results is full mithril armor with a adamant sword, full studded leather with a maple short bow, and full wizard robes and element staff, in addition to gold, runes, arrows, a decent amount of food and strength potions and energy potions.
Final Edit: They seemed to change the adventure path rewards multiple times now so it may not reflect the information above. I have discovered one thing though, while I'm not sure if I would call it a bug, every time they have changed the adventure path system, it seems you are able to claim them every time. So far I've gotten 3 adventure path rewards, triggered by gaining 1 level.

I started this game in 2005 and played for over 10 years. I haven’t played for a few years properly but I might log in every 6 months or so just to walk around or see who’s online. There’s something about this game that will never allow me to truly leave. IMO this is the best pc game that’s ever existed and was a massive part of my childhood. I hope this game stays around forever
When I started playing runescape 15 years ago I didn't even get through tutorial island in the first 24 hours lmao.
In my defence I was a kid and I didn't understand English so I needed my friends to show me how to play.

I think you're missing the point. The characters name is 24 hours dad, with 48 hours gameplay? Defeats the purpose of the name. However making another account or continuing 24 more hours on this one would have very similar out comes.

Lol if I could do those quests that fast i could maybe get level 50
get some cheap stat pots like attack defense strength.... and go into varrock dungeons at level 40-50 stats and speed farm the red spiders.. I did that around 50 or 60 I think till 80+ combat stats... the sooner you can kill them the better.. they give outrageous amounts of xp for free players.. so you can get a account ready for members in a day easily.

I’ve now watched this video like three times. I learned a lot, thanks! I used this as a loose guide for building my new account, and doing so gave me a deep appreciation for how well you know this game. The order you did quests in was super optimal!
Some additions/alterations I made, appended to the list of quests you did, included doing Lost City (for zanaris), Fairy Tale (for 17 farming levels and to get fairy rings), Ernest the chicken and Animal Magnetism (for Ava’s device, tip:get all the ectotokens you need for ghosts ahoy while doing animal magnetism), Ghosts Ahoy (for ectophial), Daddy’s Home (for 9 construction levels, I then made and spent 1.2 mil for 50 construction for altar and mounted glory and telly portals), and Enter the Abyss (for 9 runecrafting levels). It took me 48 hours to do what you did in 24, but it still felt so fast. This way I basically leveled almost every skill using quests.
On a side note, I struggled a little with Monkey Madness cause it was my first time doing it, as a low level no less. Got caught in a death loop after breaking out of the jail in Ape Atoll and getting ko’d by a scorpion(?), so then every time I went to my gravestone I had to go through the archers, get captured, thrown in jail, etc. lmao (I had no idea that my stuff would go to “death”’s office, thought I was going to lose it all, so I was streSSEd). By the end of it I could speedrun that section of the quest so smoothly lol.
Now I’m learning lms to get a rune pouch, and just generally exploring the game, especially the new stuff that didn’t exist back in 2007 like Zeah.

So I used to play back in 05-09 era and haven't really played since. Tried RS3 about a year ago with my old account and hated it. Saw this vid and thought, what the hell, I'll do it. So I've now bought my membership and am gonna power level following your guide. Side note, I think the OSRS community saw your vid because the pestle and mortar price has drastically dropped since this vid came out, hahaha.

*You guys are forgetting that he started as a member in his first 24 hours. Most of us started as free to play. Therefore this video is unrealistic, unless framed is willing to make a video on first 24 hours in f2p.* Also his knowledge is from 2 decades of playing the game....

@@xMaticDualities pestle and mortar still works but isn't really worth it anymore. i just went straight from stronghold of security to fruit basket method, which still works, but the profit margin is much smaller so it takes longer. did fruit baskets up to 60k, which took probably like 30 or so minutes, then did green dhide tanning for 2 or so hours and im sitting at 800k, still level 3 with only druidic ritual complete. it still works, just not NEARLY as fast as it worked in this video.
@@xMaticDualities Its not hard to make money as p2p low levels, plenty of options, just few of them are afkable.
You can DEFINITELY do all quests in 24hr. My first day, in fact my first 4 hrs playing my new acc, I did all quests in f2p except demon slayer, vampire slayer, dragon slayer, corsairs curse and prince ali rescue. I went to p2p and continued questing after that I was given a bond, so the next bout of questing was all p2p, and I waited until my membership expired to go back into f2p and finish up cause little point to. Anyway, you can do literally every f2p quest but dragon slayer in roughly 4 hrs, then start d slayer up to the point of Crandor Island sailing, skip past Elvarg and go through the hidden wall entrance, then leave and go combat train until you're at appropriate levels. (Depending on how comfortable you are with fighting Elvarg, that can be anywhere from 2 to 8 hours of training. ) whenever you're comfortable, return to Elvarg and kill him. Then you have another 12-18 hr left over to do whatever it is you want to do.

btw, you can just right click the quest you want to do and click on the guide on it instead of looking it up with the wiki option in the game.
@framed at around 19:15 between getting 35 agility and 30 crafting, you got from 20 to 25 thieving, I am actually following this "guide" and i don't have enough for the golem quest - lol. What did you do for the thieving exp?
EDIT: I asked on stream and he said he did silk stalls in ardougne, I tried that but kept getting caught, so I did farmers, just north of ardougne.

I started RuneScape back in 2002 and I am shocked at how fast you can level up by cheesing the quests and combat to your advantage. I stopped playing back in 2007, but seeing this video makes me want to jump back in. Also, looks like Grand Exxchange pretty much inflated the value of gold pieces.

for the record you absolutely can safe spot every form for witches house, you just have to know the method. If you stand all the way North then walk under them, if they walk north you walk one square west and they are safe spotted
