I'm with Jeannie on this one. IF the person wrote some message or put something special in the card aside from the basic message printed on it, I love it. I read it and hold on to it for a while. If you aren't gonna add a special touch to the card, don't even send it to me.

I think cards in general are a little outdated. What’s beautiful is that my 93 year old grandmother still manages to send out 20 plus and she receives responses back.

I love sending Xmas cards. I look forward to send them. And Jennie I do put a note or a few words in them. Unfortunately these days the stores are selling less and less Xmas cards. No longer need to wait in line to get your cards the day after Xmas

I love the idea of cards! In France, we rather do Happy New Year card, but this tradition has pretty much disappeared, people send texts... well now this also has died down, people just post on Facebook or Instagram.
So when Jeannie talks about her cards Tameras like "i dont even read it haha" like she doesnt even care but then rambles on excitedly about hers and expects the others to be like omg thats so exciting like its the biggest thing since sliced bread. Believe it or not even Christian goodie two shoes can be rude sometimes.
