I greatly enjoyed this. Thanks. Would have liked to see the manufacturing facility, too.

The only thing missing from this museum is a statue of Dave Palumbo. That alone would be worth the price of admission. Maybe Big Lenny standing next to him.

York you need to make your plates back instead of China .

Good suggestion. The Chinese plates are horrific. The paint chips off with only light use and goodness knows what kind of paint they used over there. The old york stuff is pretty good. And stuff from over 50 years ago is fully functional.

Wow all these episodes got dropped at once? I've been looking for Z on a new episode of Iron Roots for months. Great episode.

@@ZEvenEsh This is great stuff. You should interview Val Vasilef, Ex Mr. America and Founder of Vitol Products Russian Bear Protein and Tablets.

@@nybcbuildingmanager6770 Yes, I used to see his ads in the magazines in the 80s and early 90s, I saw recent pics of him, he looks 30 years younger than his actual age!

This is a bad video. I would've like to see the actual displays of of the equipment instead of the camera on the two men. You barely see Sandow's barbell. Bad camera man. Show the displays man! I learned very little from this video.
