I am literally trying this morning routine but I kept woking up at 5:30 or 5:15 and when I try my workout routine I literally couldn't reached half lol. Sometimes I get there sometimes I don't. And this morning I was so tired I went back to sleep.😅
This is making Krishna sound dependent… there’s no way to know when Krishna woke up, it was maybe around 4 at his time and I don’t believe so there is any Shastra pointing to him doing yoga as he was just already as is.
