I would do two things, two new mode: 1 a wild 2.0 where every single card is found (for free if possible) at every from they have been (for example, there would be a 8, 9 and 10 mana reno herocard), so who wnat busted stuff can have busted stuff 2. A mode where cards are at their current form, but you can choose till which expensions you want to play, for example if you are crazy and want the united in stormwind meta, you can choose to have cards only till then, similarly to the "every day a new expension" twist formant. This way we would have 2 game mods which does not need any balance changes by the devs and everyone can have their fun.
