not necessarily. you can just always run it in performance mode but with lesser battery life. for indie games though, performance is great even on power saver mode with good battery life
the best features of this zenbook is it's AI-ready PC where you will always look for nowadays super awesome feature in a wonderful device, plus it has an OLED screen, Wow! it also thin and light laptop to have one.
UX3405 doesn't come with a touch screen as far as I know. Mine didn't have the touchscreen option. Also, it could be a regional issue. In some regions, you don't get the touchscreen options.

Everything you said are specifications that are presented on ASUS website. You didn't talk about the fps in games, you didn't say about heat, you didn't say about battery life while gaming/watching videos/working. Heat, battery life are one of the most important in a laptop. Bad review

That's most probably the UX3405M model which is without the touchscreen. I've been using one for the last 3 months.

Same performance on BATTERY also but don't play heavy games daily on BATTERY because it degrades laptop BATTERY health very quickly.
