Are pumping foils good with wing foil wings?

They work in really light winds. But of course a dedicated wing foil setup is better.

so if i am 215-220lbs what do i change up? wasnt clear in the video (ive ridden plenty on aluim 60cm masts because i have shallow water in FL- even cut few down to 50 and 40 lol .. i mostly kitefoil alot and sup foil) but what would you recomend for heavier rider like me you saying for heavier rider to use stiffer carbon mast?)

Yes, you would want a stiffer carbon mast or a thicker aluminum mast. This one is 16mm aluminum. I think 20mm aluminum would work best for you. We are trying to get a 20mm mast made that will work for 200lbs+ pump foilers right now.
