I have 2 dedicated Azimut chestrigs in my stash dedicated to knives I got from knifing little conniving knifers that happened to be knifing. In last wipe I mostly focused on the brown knives for the MP5 trade, but now I focus on the black knives for the UMP trade. I really like the UMP, as it is a very decent weapon (even though I haven't unlocked AP rounds yet), but is not so expensive that my gear fear kicks in too hard. On the other hand, I also feel like it's a LITTLE overrated right now. The horizontal recoil is a little funky. The iron sights are abysmal (if you want to run it in night raids for example). The 25 round mags are a little small, although manageable because of the low RPM. I also feel that SMG's are being put on a pedestal, because the AR's are kicking so hard with this new recoil, that people are more comfortable running a smaller caliber that you can still use on full-auto if your target is not touching tips with you. All in all I enjoy it, but probably still not as much as the MP5/MP5SD in previous wipes.
The ump smashes even with the Fmj rounds it's great. I use the np5k alot that gun is super slept on it smashes in close quarters only thing is long to medium long range is hard with it. But it cheap and I love it
I've gotten about 50 UMPS since wipe... all but around 15 were from Peacekeeper trade x7 knifes. Others were fully modded with silencer off dead PMCs. I don't think I've ever paid (nor should anybody) for an UMP. Perfect early wipe gun. But eventually you grown out of it and the 25-round magazine and graduate to the Vector 40-round instead.
I'll have to start using this, I need more options without having the flea. IMO the level 1 traders need reworked, new players are ar such a disadvantage.

after i got 2 full wep boxes of vectors for 20k each i wont use ump for very long time, still useful once i do
The front iron sight is built into the frame of the gun on a ump.
