After Andreas gave his two weeks notice at work and asked for his final paycheck, a pile of 90,000 oil-slicked pennies showed up at his house. Here in Argentina we have to sign a receipt with each paycheck. One copy is for the employer and the other for the employee as proof of payment.

you think they did it to help out the poor kid. lol this was at least 1 million dollars worth of advertising after this whole ordeal makes its rounds on the internet. everyones heard this story so wha la coin star comes into save the day. my guess is this is an elaborite plan comapnies make with socail media advertising companies to get extreme amounts of what you could call free advertising after some small fee to the ad firm, they fake some story makes its rounds on the news stations. then theres always a company that is involved and gets amazing publicity. hence ocean spray. if you believe that whole ordeal your very naive. bam all of sudden the song "dreams" is number one from the 70s. come on people get a clue. the whole gorilla glue fiasco. if you believe a grown ass women used a bottle of the strongest most reconized consumer glue for hair spray. and then tells the whole world how dumb she is. to then next be on news stations all across the world telling her " tradgedy" and next thing you know shes a viral celebrity for being a idiot. i could go on for hours.

Unfortunately he could claim that a rogue employee in accounting did it. More than likely it was under his orders, though. However, dirty motor oil is a carcinogen so the ex employee could probably rake him under the coals in court for that.

Apparently he left his job because he had issues with his boss. They originally had an agreement saying that he could leave at about 5:00 to go pick up his kid from daycare. This was made worse during the pandemic and his boss eventually seemed to stop honoring the agreement.
This lead the guy to put his two weeks in although he later walked off the job presumably after an argument with his boss.
After not receiving his final paycheck he called the Department of Labor to look into it, who ended up contacting his former employer three times.
Finally this led to this whole check into pennies scenario. Also that letter on top of the pile was his final paystub.
Wow. Then that definitely leaves the boss looking like an a-hole. Yikes 😳
