"Operation Market Garden", aka the failed allied offensive to open a gateway to Germany to end the war. It had more paratrooper involvement than Normandy, so the soldier's weapon "The Market Garden" doing cries from rocket jumping could definitely have a correlation to the paratroopers in "Operation Market Garden".

The Your Eternal Reward easter egg also makes sense since in that scene, Jafar was disguised, and one of the perks of the knife is that when you backstab someone, you are instantly disguised into that person for an easy getaway.

My favorite (which you never noted) was the Exclusive Scout Death Animation. There's a 1% chance that when you kill a Scout, a bird pops out of them. This was a reference to Meet the Medic, specifically near the end where Archimedes get into the Scout's stomach through surgical ways.
I never noticed that the medic has the quick fix in the meet the medic
most likely because the stock medgun and backpack isn't super cool looking and they wanted the medic to stand out

What about the spy's L’Étranger? It was named after the book "The Stranger", when the main character, Mersault, kills somebody with a pistol! How could you miss that!?
+Markus Goldberg Another one that was missed was the Scout hat Fortunate Son. On the side it says "Born to Run". This is in reference to a helmet worn by Joker and featured on the cover of the hit Stanley Kubrick movie "Full Metal Jacket". The actual line on the helmet is born to kill, based off the military setting. The Flak jack may also be a reference to this movie.

my favorite Easter egg is the tommislov weapon for the heavy if it counts, because it is modeled after the famous Tommy gun or Thompson machine gun from ww2.
A funny easter egg: if you use soldier (maybe other people too idk) and use a tp sometimes a small price of some kind of bread (either a slice or a pretzel) will fly out which is a reference to expiration date

You forgot the snowy coast map because I figured out that the map is a big referance to the classic alien horror movie the thing along with a Halloween cosmetic named the creatures grin which is worn by the pyro and is a reference to that 1 scene in the movie where when that 1 guy zapped blood 1 of the guys in the room transformed into a monster with a split head that is a mouth with razor sharp teeth
