Can’t wait till a week for Diwali. So tried Kaju kalti receipe today itself with 1 cup of cashew 1 cup of sugar and 10 grams of milk powder and followed the instructions shared by both the masters. It turned out amazing and gave me the confidence to try with 1 kg next time. Kudos chef🎉

I made Kaju kathili at home for Diwali. I just followed the instructions, it came out really good. I didn’t use milk powder which is not handy. Thanks Chef Deena and Sivaraman sir!!

I followed Sivaraman Sir’s instructions. It came out really well. The tips about two string syrup , thorough massaging after cooking in Kadai were very helpful. Thank you Chef Deena and Sir for sharing the recipe and process in great detail. Please share badam Katli recipe also.
