My wife passed away from stage 4 cancer after 5 1/2 years of immense fight to stay alive and seeing Gustav's mother was really very emotional - i wish your Mom a healthy journey filled with love and kindness
Unfortunately she died in may. She was active as a veteran cyclist before getting sick, very nice person, friendly and down to earth. So unfair to see her go that early from cancer.
each time I watch these two I am impressed. Great sportsman and examples of humans overall.
Amazing humans!
Kristian's comment about being in the 50-54 age group feeling sharp LOL
On brand for sure. 🤣
Legend right?!
Freakin killer mindset
The mind of somebody who loves the sport ! Next year I'll be among the youngest in 55-59, have to see it as an opportunity 🙂
@@S9999Frank How are you doing?
Hello Gustav, my mother also had cancer and i can very well understand how you must feel sometimes... - I wish you and especially your mother a lot of strength and health. Have many more happy years together!😊 Best regards from Berlin, Michael (...and💥 for your 🏊♂️🚴♂️🏃♂️-2023!)
We're sending good vibes your way as well Michael! 🧡
@@Zwift 😊
I love it when someone ( or more) come along and raise the bar to the next level. Not just the sport of triathlon is benefiting from the Norwegian approach , they are changing the game for many sports.
Awesome right?! They are definitely game changers. 🙌
I hope Gustav mother have a speed recovery! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Good vibes from Brazil!
Brilliant video, Zwift has been instrumental in me developing my riding, so cool to see it's just as effective at the top!
Awesome to hear! You can even ride with Kristian tonight if you are around 👉www.zwift.com/uk/events/view/3593132?fbclid=PAAaaHd9tZLNZNyi3rhNArBr4NU7ZZe3_7-Q4oHF0qfVjU9ZLgn-8AFueZmJo
I love how with Zwift you can visualise a lot. Takes the guess work out of things.
Thanks for beefing so open
All the best guys❤
Great insight. Great sense of humour guys.
I just adore Kristian! You're incredible Mister Man! Got to slap his sweaty hand in St. George when he won:)
Epic! Great humans 😊
I agree with gustav, zwift should be an online dating service!!! Lol
With the key dating metrics being FTP, Zwift level and number of drops? 😉 Are we right?
@@Zwift for sure!
And a good looking avatar ;)
@@keithlacey Looking for those strong calf muscles 🦵💪😜
The best triathletes around!
Great video, good to see the friendly rivalry between them both and to see that they bounce off of each others' successes. 280w for three hours?!! Wow!!
Pretty impressive isn’t it! 💥🥳🤣
13.52 is filthy. Correct me if I'm wrong but no one with a LC background comes anywhere close. That's why SC dudes will always dominate LC if they transition correctly. Would love to see Alex Yee make the switch eventually
Just started with Zwift, it's a great app, scenery is good, I see what you mean with it being a little easier to stay motivated in doors. For me riding on the road where I live in country Queensland, there are too many large trucks and terrible roads. It's not worth the risk of riding outdoors. Getting used to the app slowly. A great little app. As for your mother, I wish her well.
Kristian has a refreshing attitude.
100%! He is so motivated, committed and loves what he is doing!
Funny to see them in an Espresso House cafe, we have them in Finland and I have been to some in Sweden as well. Yet to visit one in Norway 😀
👆Looks like we have planned your next trip! ☕
That was a great video, and something to show anybody who thinks zwift is not like "real" cycling :-) If it is good enough for world champions and olympic winners, it will do in age group 50-55 as well 🙂
Grandes imagens 👏
Abraço desde Aveiro Portugal 🇵🇹
11:00 of course you can get "humiliated" by people who are adapted to short competitions with on/off efforts where tactics are relevant; you need a high VLaMax to win on Zwift races and a hugh anaerobic capacity. You need in particular a low VLaMax to win on Kona because otherwise, you cannot refuel the carbs you consume and a high anaerobic capacity gets you nowhere since you spend not a single second in the zone where that is relevant. It is as if world class guitar player is confused about a mediocre piano player beating him in piano playing.
The mindset is good though, fight with everybody, even if they are specialists in other dicipline than you, or on way shorter ride than you.
legends!
Yes!!
People pushing power on zwift is unreal… to see people consistently pushing 10+watts/kg makes me imagine super human giants on the other end. Like who are you!
Kristian has a good mindset😁
Anybody know what the chinese on Gustav's cap means?
At the 50 age group Let's make some Xtri races🤩🤩🤩
GG! Ya'll are super Cute!!!
Really i'love traihtlon i'want to training this sport Norway best place u have a possibility to immigrant there!? For training?
Lol come on Gustav, the people beating you are weight doping in Zwift. They set their weight to what they were 10 years ago
Sure there are cheaters, but surely if he is on a 3 hour ride, many a young amateur or pro rider can be faster over a short climb, or over a few minutes ?
Kristian og Gustav, I sender bare en invite til meetup - double date er no prob!
//Eva
Can someone in Melbourne australia help me hook my Zwift up please
Hey there! Our support team is happy to help if needed. You can reach them here: support.zwift.com/.
😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
zwift should add things like private sessions on velodromes or something like that.
They are both on gear
Good, but why Blu and iden hide their power and HR from us on Zwift and strava?🤔
Re: Kristian’s need for a wife: Maybe @stinedale is interested in improving Kristian’s personal life???
Ist es so eine Tradition, mit Kopfschmuck zu essen? Verbessert den Stoffwechsel?)))
