girlll i understand you when you say that sometimes you feel off with your body after losing weight, i call it “phantom weight” (weight that we lost but our brain still detects it), we just need to remember that we are hyper aware of our own bodies so even a little bit of bloating may play with our perception BUT from a 3rd person pov someone else doesnt even notice, its best to implement the self love we have been working so hard to achieve during those hard times🥲💕
Hey girl! I lost 60 pounds and had a major glow up, im also a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach and wanted to tell you the body dysmorphia is so normal. Once you get a taste of this newfound confidence especially when you’ve worked so hard on it you’re terrified to lose that control. A good way to be easier on yourself is whenever you’re feeling that way remember to celebrate your wins and how hard you worked to look this beautiful!!❤️

Hey Hailey! Little tip for eyebrows that never grew back: Put some minoxidil( Rogaine) on them every night. The kind people use on their scalp. They grow back in 2 months like you wouldn't believe it. Because they grow so much you'll definitely need a brow appointment to tame them, but it's so worth it. After they are back you only need to use minoxidil on them every few days to make sure you maintain the growth because brows naturally thin with age.
Minoxidil has a lot of side effects tho (for some people). I wouldn't risk it to be honest. Microblading your eyebrows sounds like a better option.
Rogaine is toxic for pets as well so be mindful of that!
I used some castor oil regularly, it worked and my eyebrows grew back in a few weeks, even though the chances were slim ☺️

I use an eyeshadow palette for my brows too! It's so convenient. I use the darkest matte brown in the Juvia's Place Nubian palette
hailey about the curly hair, I used to wear a lot of straight hair and I heard someone say once that black women look best in textures that are natural to them and since then I get curly textures for my quick weaves and I’ve gotten a lot of compliments!
I think it’s so awesome how mature and grown up you are at your age. I’m older than you but I still feel inspired by you. I’ve been on the self improvement journey for 20+ years and you just keep learning new things about yourself and it never ends. So it’s great that you are also “awake” :) keep it up!

Of course Hailey uses NARS. Loved this brand. The pump is great too, universal and I used to add it to any bottle. I've been using a skin tint recently by a black owned brand called Lipbar as well.
Had to come back and comment after over 35 pounds down thanks to you and God. I do feel like I struggle with body dysmorphia as well. I understand and know my body now. I'm good regardless thank you for that conformation and affirmation 💜
