We as Pakistanies have no issues with Afghans using Cahbahar port since Afghan tranist route is causing us billions in lost revenue. With regards to Afghan refuges, perhapes India should offer to take some. Please note that Afghan/Pak border is almost 90% fenced and our FC have closed all main passes hence cross border movement is restricted. With regards to TTP, our forces are conducting IBOs on a daily basis and thanks to our K&D policy, TTP is on the run. With regards to proxy war, you know that ISI is daddy when it comes to this... So dont be super excited ....... I suggest you focus on your 14% since I have seen some in DAKheel learning about metals ;)
