You simply discreetly spit the pit out. A lot of people in 🇫🇷 use heavy cream instead of whole milk. We were in Paris a few weeks ago & were invited to dinner by friends. The wife made cherry Clafoutis with pitted non-sour cherries! Scandalous! 😀 I’d never seen that before.
I made this recipe, TWICE, and I LOVE how easy it is!!!. The first time, I made it, was right after I saw your video and it came out soupy, a bit. But, I was able to eat the whole dish. The second time, that I made it, was yesterday and it came out PERFECT, the way that you made it. I made the whip cream and dusted it with powdered sugar and OMG....IT WAS DELICIOUS!!!!.....THANK YOU FOR SHARING THIS RECIPE WITH US1111
