I been making it with both Strawberries and Raspberries, also used Raspberry pie. So delicious..... Make it into a big sheet cake too. Just double the ingredients. Its an amazing cake. 😋 Heavenly Cake.

It looks amazing, I'm always wary of meringue though, I made a lemon meringue pie last year as I love it, I didn't want to buy it from the store so made my own but the meringue had gone wet the next day as we couldn't eat it all the same day it was made
