Hello! Recently, I purchased the Saramonic Blink500 ProX B2. When I connect the 3.5mm line out from the receiver to the 3.5mm input in the XY capsule of my Zoom H6 device, I encounter interference. However, when I use the headphone output, the interference disappears. I would prefer not to use the headphone output but instead use a Male 3.5mm TRS to Male 2XLR cable for the receiver, separating the channels to record on individual tracks. Yet, I still face interference issues with this setup. When I tried the headphone output, the interference decreased, but the audio quality also dropped. What could be the reason for this? How can I resolve it? Based on my description, could there be an issue with my lavalier microphone? Depending on the situation, I may consider returning it. Thank you for taking the time to help.

Please try to have the reveiver at least 4-6" away from the mic capsule and see it you still have the same issue. It might be the 2.4GHz signal being picked up by the Zoom H6 XY mic's electronics and wiring. If they it is not properly sheilded this can cause the issue.

@@SaramonicUSA Even though I distance the receiver from Zoom's XY capsule, the issue persists. However, I do not want to use the 3.5mm input of the XY capsule. I want to record the stereo sound using a 3.5mm - 2XLR cable on separate channels in Zoom's XLR inputs. The cable length is approximately 30cm. I have tried placing the receiver as far away as possible and in different positions, but the audio interference occasionally decreases, yet it is not a long-term solution. What should I do in this situation?

It sounds like there might be an issue with your system. While I do not have the H6, I do have a Zoom mixer the LT8 and I have no such issues on the multiple systems I have tested. I would suggest replacing the system with a new unit. Please contact support@saramonic.com for support outside the US, or support@saramonicUSA.com if in the US.

Just a few of the many new highlights.
      Smaller and lighter updated design
Upgraded OLED displays on TXs and RX, with real-time metering
Longer battery life, up to 10-hours on a full charge!
Charging Case can charge the system up to 2.5 additional times anywhere, for up to an incredible 35-hrs of power on the go
Better Sound with Higher resolution audio, Wider frequency response, & Higher signal-to-noise ratio
The systems power on and off, automatically when opening and closing the charging case.
      Much Less latency
      Longer range and better reliability
Plus, all the other features that made it stand out from competitors and it still includes lavaliers. Many others don't and cost $160 - 200 extra.

You can use Filmic Pro or Camera MX. Filmic Pro is more full-featured, but it is paid. Camera MX is very capable and free.

Hello Alexey, There are 3x ways to do it.
You can purchase the USB-C receiver for the system: pulse.ly/twsvwqk1rg
Or you can purchase the Apple USB-C to Lightning adapter: pulse.ly/cw3jl3gdbm
The Apple adapter is the ONLY adapter that will work, do not purchase a 3rd party adapter because they are designed for charging only and the above adapter allows full Lightning compatability.
You can also purchase a Blink 500 ProX B5 if you need the USB-C receiver AND another transmitter:

The Blink 500 Pro X B3 and B4 allow you to connect to any iOS device with Lightning. If your device has USB-C, you should go with the B5 or B6.
