- Just wanted to take a minute and let you guys know what I think about the BMW B58 Platform. This truly is the best car I’ve owned and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone looking for a sports car.

Just bought a 2018 f22 x drive in Estoril blue 😀 in part thanks to your videos. Loving it so far! Just a little quiet for my liking so I’m thinking resonator delete, but didn’t want to do too much since I have a limited powetrain warranty. After that definitely going to tune 👍

@@Broke-Media hahaha yeee i have gotten used to the power by now…. I live in sweden so i will have to put it away now when the winter comes. So next summer i am thinking downpipe and a tune 🤩. How many hp do you think i will land on with tune and downpipe?
@@emilbergstrom1136 on pump gas you will be just over 400whp! If you upgrade your High Pressure Fuel Pump then you can make about 420whp on pump gas and 470whp with an E85 mix🔥🔥

So true. That’s why I chose this one and there weren’t any cars that came close. I also wanted xdrive. To afford a car you should make at least double MSRP and it’s not hard to make $70k a year but most people to afford a $70k car need to make at least $140k which usually takes until you’re 30s
Exactly, for the price the B58 platform hits every nail on the head when it comes to luxury, reliability, performance, etc and I couldn’t really find any other car to compete when I was shopping around

Before December….how good is the manual gearbox?
@@torqueandhorsepower_ that’s sick man, excited for you fr. The manual gearbox is pretty solid on these, they can handle up to like 600whp I believe
looks nice. i have a comp m2 in hockenheim silver i love but would downgrade to a 240 under the right circumstances

i agree for the price range we get everything AND the aftermarket is continuing to grow theres new fuel pumps, injectors, and even cams cmon its a no brainer only thing i don't like is plastic in the engine bay(oil filter housing, heat management module, & manifold) and crayon smelling interior

Cant beat the price to performance. The only reason im buying an M2 next year and not one of these is because of depreciation hits in the uk and the styling. B58 is far superior to thr N55 in performance but the looks of the mlite just can't compete, although this ones a good looking car!
Thanks bro! I don’t think buying an M2 is a bad idea at all, I think it’s about even with the M240i because although the B58 can push more power, the M2 offers a lot that the M240i doesn’t have, like an lsd for example. But yeah M2 will hold its value more and definitely looks more aggressive🔥

My struggle is this vs the M2 N55.. I am not going to tune or mod at all so I am leaning towards the OG M2... not sure you can go wrong either way!
If you’re not going to tune or mod the car then I’d say get the OG M2 without a doubt. Definitely will be more fun to drive day to day and looks much more aggressive. M240 is only better if you plan on modding imo

Bro, red looks sooo good! I am considering red when I pick up an M3 at some point. And lowkey the fitment on my diffuser kinda sucks but check out RW Carbon’s or the ones on R44 Performance, those ones are sick

Yessir it’s got wireless Apple CarPlay, but I think it is still something that has to be optioned in so some may not have it

@@Bahle_Gaji can’t go wrong either way but if you find a LCI for not much more I’d definitely get that just to have the digital dash but even then I still love my pre-lci
