I enjoy your videos so much and I’d love to see what paper crafting you are doing. I’m also very interested in the slow stitching. Do you have any book or podcast suggestions for slow stitching inspiration or how to get started with it? It seems very relaxing. It’s always so much fun to see all the different things you’ve crafted. Take care 💕
Hi Kim Honest I just checked out Pinterest for stitching ideas, there’s lots of inspiration on there. And if you type into RUclips slow stitching tutorials there are hundreds. I’m seriously thinking of a second channel for paper crafting, now I have to come up with a name.
Lovely episode as always Jeanette I would love to see paper crafts and anything else! Love the inspiration. All your toys are Lovely you sound like you really are enjoying making them 😊 it's lovely to watch. You kept me company while I cast on a boxy and learnt to knit on 9 inch circs! Have a lovely weekend 💕xx
Morning Alexis How you finding your 9” needles? I love knitting my socks on them, it took me a while to get the hang of them but once I did i loved them. I’m more into my toys at the moment, how many amigurumi can one 58 year old woman 👵 need lol I don’t care I’m loving them. Xxxxx
@Crafty Clegg’s creations. Jeanette clegg I have tried a few times with 9inch and couldn't get on with them - these have a longer tip on one side and game changer! I haven't got very far - just into the leg of the first sock but so much easier! Have as many arigurumi as you want! It doesn't matter - they all look amazing on your podcast 😊 I went for about 2 years of only making amigurumi when the boys were little- my favourite being a huge rabbit which was nearly the same size as fin when he was 4! It had really long arms and legs and so cute! My favourite amigurmi Patterns always came from Little Owls Hut on etsy - check her out she has some fab Patterns. Have a lovely day 😘 xx
Oh Jeanette what a lovely podcast, I love your little crocheted and knitted animals so cute. I have a great grandson arriving in May will have to knit the bear for him.Take care love from Australia x
Wow you’ve be a busy lady. Fabulous! I couldn’t resit ordering the pattern for the teddy bear in the onesie and when I was on I also bought the monkey in his onesie. So cute. Guess my grandchildren will all be getting one soon. Can you please tell me where you get your eyes that you used and the blue rims that you spoke about, I do think the safety eyes make all the difference to toys. Absolutely adorable. I can’t wait to get started. Hopefully you can give me a link for the eyes. Thank you so much for yet another fun filled podcast Jeanette xxx ,
Is the teddy bear just the cutest thing? As for the eyes I’m afraid I don’t have a link as my husband bought them for me a while back from a place called Ali express, don’t sure you can still get hold of them. I have how every bough lots of safety eyes from Amazon, there is so many to choose from I’m sure you’ll get fixed up there. Xxxxx

Thank you for such a nice comment. I like the Toft flowers and think maybe in the summer time I may give one a try. Can I ask have you made many Toft items? Xxx
Hello Jeanette thank you for your lovely video so interesting to see all your crafting and loved your journal cover some tiny seed beading would look good on it too. look forward to seeing all your Toft birds lined up together one day or perched on the Christmas tree next year 🍄🍄🍄🌺🌺🌺♥️♥️♥️🌹🌹 love to you all
Oh what a brilliant idea seed beads, I never thought of that. Thank you so much, you know what I’m going to do now!!!!! Go look for beads 🤣😂🤣😂
Take care 💕
Hi Kim
Honest I just checked out Pinterest for stitching ideas, there’s lots of inspiration on there. And if you type into RUclips slow stitching tutorials there are hundreds. I’m seriously thinking of a second channel for paper crafting, now I have to come up with a name.
@@craftycleggscreations Thanks Jeanette, I’m going to explore slow stitching on Pinterest and RUclips as you suggested. Seems very relaxing. 💕
Morning Alexis
How you finding your 9” needles?
That’s exciting coral a new grandchild. The bear would be a wonderful keepsake for a new born, especially from grandma. Xxxx
Thank you so much for yet another fun filled podcast Jeanette xxx
,
Is the teddy bear just the cutest thing? As for the eyes I’m afraid I don’t have a link as my husband bought them for me a while back from a place called Ali express, don’t sure you can still get hold of them.
I have how every bough lots of safety eyes from Amazon, there is so many to choose from I’m sure you’ll get fixed up there. Xxxxx
@@craftycleggscreations absolutely beautiful, can’t wait to do them for the grandkids. Ok I will have a search online. Keep up the fabulous work you do. thanks Jeanette xx
I did as you told me, and got my knitting out then sat back and relaxed while you chatted on to me! I totally understand about obsessions!! I may have one or two obsessions myself… 😂 😂 😂
I love the pastel shades of the first blanket that you mentioned! And the Waldorf-style doll that you’re making is going to be gorgeous. Loved seeing your slow stitching and you won’t be surprised to know that I would be very happy to see any form of journalling… a new channel called Jeanette’s Journals, perhaps?? 🤔 Thanks for sharing everything and take care xxxx
Hi Helen
Hope your well my friend. My slow stitching piece is coming along nicely, one of my subscribers suggested seed beads would look lovely on there, so I’m going to give that a try. I don’t seem to have enough hours in my day at the moment to enjoy all my crafts, do my household Chores etc. I honestly don’t know how I managed before I retired. Lol lol
Love your podcast, your mouse is super cute. Your toft makes are fab. Have a lovely month x.
Thank you so much Lorraine. Xxx
Hi Jeanette
Loved every minute as always 😊
Thank you so much Susan, that means so much to me. Xxx
Had my early morning cuppa watching your video. I have had the same leather journal in my crafting drawer for three years and haven't quite known what to do with it. I think Tim's embossing looks great on yours and I'll get mine out and have a think! I would love to see your paper crafting. I don't intend doing any myself but never say never and your enthusiasm might rub off on me! Great to see all your crafty creations this week and plans for next month. Let's hope the weather is kinder. Take care.
I’m glad I’ve inspired you to get out your journal Penny, I’m really enjoying my paper crafts, but I do think my crocheting will always be my first love
Love it, you are so inspiring. You brighten up my day x
Thank you so much Elaine. I’m so please I inspire you. Xxxx
Hi Jeanette ,Thank you for a wonderful video I'm a fairly new subscriber and i binged watched your videos over the Christmas period and loved every single one 😁. My best friend bought me the Toft Bird book for Christmas and now I've seen them you've inspired me to get cracking and make them. I journal also like yourself and I have started to attempt slow stitching. Thankyou for sharing all your crafts and i can't wait for next month's episode. Take care lots of love from the Isle of Wight. 😘
The Toft birds are wonderful Sharon. If you enjoy amigurumi you’ll love making them. I really could do with more hours in my day lol lol I just can’t seem to get enough of my hobby at the moment, but is that not what your golden years are for. Xxxxx
I have recently found your channel and have been binge watching. I am trying to inspire myself to (re)learn to crochet. I'm middle aged, and my grandmother taught me to crochet grant squares when I was a little girl and I haven't done any crocheting since. I just love your projects. I wanted to save the crocheted doll to my Pinterest board, but I can't find the pattern. Could you give the link please?
I’m afraid the pattern is no longer available. I’m so sorry. Xx
I loved your podcast today, as always!! 🥰 Your toys are SO cute, you do such a lovely job with them and you're making me want to make more! Lol 💞 Problem is that I want to make them for ME and not my granddaughters!! 🤣 There's just not enough time in the day. Lol
I’m really enjoying my toy making journey Debbie and I intent to carry on until I’ve had enough. I think I enjoy them cos I see a result fairly quickly. I’ve got them in every room now but mostly in my craft room. Go on make a few, it’s sometimes nice to be a little selfish and think about yourself . Xxxxx
Hi Jeanette,
Love your podcasts 💕 you have a way of making me feel like I’m one of your friends. love seeing all the wonderful things you make, I’m also a Toft fan but I have only made one thing so far ( simon the sheep ) after seeing the doll club I’m thinking of signing up for that.
What a great idea to do another podcast channel for your crafty paper talent, I would definitely sign up to the that. 👍🏼
Oh I do love my Toft. I would highly recommend the doll subscription, I think you’d really enjoy making it. I’ve not made Simon the sheep yet but I’m sure I’ll get around to it one day. Xxxxx
Hi Jeanette, another brilliant video love to see your paper crafting too, question for you where can you get the pattern for the little doll because I googled it and can't get anything at all for the doll love it so I hope you can help lol, got to get the Toft book as well now well am asking for it for a mother's day present from my daughter now to get the yarns too just went and got the little teddy pattern as well you are such an enabler lol, I do paper crafts too cards and albums so many rabbit holes to fall down but don't you just love it wishing you all the best xxx
Hi Edwina
I’m so please you enjoy my videos, it really encourages me to continue to make these videos. Do you want the doll I’m making ? With the chubby legs?
@@craftycleggscreations yes please I have searched the internet but can't find out here to buy it with real money, like ravelry found one that I believe was bit coin and yes not to computer savvy lol just hoping you could help xx
Thoroughly enjoyed this podcast (as I always do). I would love to see your papercrafting projects and it would be great if you had a channel especially for papercrafting. I would definitely subscribe to it. 👍
Oh thank you Joy. Now to come up with a name🤨🤨
Could you please stop making such adorable toys as I keep wanting to make them too and I'm trying so hard to work through my existing WIPs. I would love to hear about your papercrafts. I don't see why you'd need a new channel for it, like you say, this is your channel where you chat about the crafty things you get up too and I love them all. X
Sorry Anita! Wait until you see some of the amigurumi I’ve got lined up for this years makes. I’ve so many crafts on the go, but I’m really enjoying every single one. Xxxxx
@@craftycleggscreations and that's the main thing. I can't imagine a life without crafting in it. X
🥰
Paper craft please.
Great xxxx
