До боли знакомые приборы, тумблеры, рычаги и переключатели! 22 года отдал этому лайнеру, 20 лет в качестве КВС. Есть что вспомнить! А какие ребята были в экипаже! Дружба навек!
That navigator's station is so strange. Literally can see where they are going! It reminds me of WWII gunner's turret. And how cramped is it - you wouldn't want to suffer from anxiety or claustrophobia!
Its because most of the first tupolev jet airliners where first desgined to be military bombers, so to reduce costs they only "rearranged" the plane to serve as a civilian
I mean it makes sense for the navigator to have the best seat in the plane. I'm sure it would be scary for any runway overruns or close calls though 😂.
Great video! I saw this collection when I was flying from BUD last year, but sadly didn’t have time to check it out. I’m hoping to get to visit again soon. It really looks, very well maintained.✈️
You should! I had loads of fun and Dani at the museum gave me a detailed tour of some amazing aircraft. For the time being, you can enjoy them from here, so stay tuned!
All your Soviet (Russian) aircraft had that green interior. It didn't matter if it was a civilian or military aircraft. Interesting how they all have that glass cockpit in the nose for your navigator whether it was a Tupolev or Antonov.
I'm looking very forward to this!!! I love russian planes, especially Tupolevs...my dream to become a pilot encraeses even more with your vids...Thanks a lot GreatFlyer! Wish you all the best!
Excellent video I had planned a visit to Budapest last year after a few days in Prague however my flight was cancelled due to COVID-19 but I am definitely looking forward to visiting sometime soon, including this aero park👍
Friendly reminder for all those who thinks MALÉV flew these beauties at it's "end times" nope. The "small axes" as they called 134s, were decommed in the middle of the 90's. The "Big thing" (154S) flew a little longer untill ~2000 as i remember. MALÉV collapsed in early 2012 nearly 20 years after the TU-134 fleet retired. (that's another interesting story, todays WIZZAIR and corrupted politics were highly involved)
@@AdmireFUT I ask him because in this covid 19 pandemic many pilots have became unemployed, job cuts in airline companies. That's the reason I am asking him to know whether he is going to his work or not because Ryanair has restarted its operation again. 🙂🙂

What was your favourite thing about flying the Tu-134?

Thanks for watching! Front row view for the navigator, indeed !

This plane was supposed to be a bomber
That's why

I was thinking: poor flight engineer, when this plane crashed nose down...
Love the color they used! Cheerful and easy on the eyes, keeping one alert. Sets off dials nicely. 👏👍👍
Thanks for watching! The Soviet blue/turquoise is an interesting choice indeed.
Greetings from Hungary!
Really looking forward!

Nice to see at least one Tu-134 lived long enough to retire!! 😛👍
Indeed!
854 were built. There are a few left flying in North Korea I believe and possibly Eastern Russian area
Dubln to Moscow on one of these, we had a splash & dash in Rostov on the way, great times 😎

Thanks for the video. I flew on Many TU-134s as a kid, I once got to sit upfront for the approach and landing. Samara Airlines
Totally professional the pilots of this aircraft!!
Hats off, literally!

@@greatflyer_aviation Thanks a lot my friend 😀

@@AdityaSharmaNature Mr modi.
beautiful ship
Thanks for watching, check out my Tu-154 video too!
Sure it was fun to fly these planes back in time
I liked your video. I was at the park last summer and picked up a MALEV T-shirt that I still wear from there.
Very cool! Thanks for watching.
The way the engine is covered makes you think it’s ready to fly after a little dust off

Sorry to hear that, hope you can reschedule soon!

Where does the flight engineer sit?
Hope you enjoy(ed) your stay in Hungary! Never seen aeropark this empty.
Visited in 2019 and promised I'd return. Thanks for watching!
Now that's quirky!! 😳
Yet so impressive!
Soviet post-WWII aeronautics. So unrefined compared to the U.S. and British designs. Surely you enjoyed your own walkaround and interior tour.
I bet you with some work that aircraft could start right up and fly again
Have you started to going to your office ?
You have rejoined your duty or not ?
Alakananda Agarwal why do you always ask him about his job

Btw where are you from ?
Where is this Aeropark in Hungary? How do we get there? Thanks
Next to the airport
It's next to BUD airport in Budapest.
I recommend it!
Grab the 200E bus from the airport arrivals, it's the first stop!
what if the navigator faced direct sunlight?
He probably used the sectional as a screen!
Boa noite ótima sexta feira pra vocês comandante dê avião ✈️✈️✈️✈️✈️✈️✈️✈️✈️✈️✈️✈️✈️✈️
What???? 😆
Since Malev Airlines is no more, pretty soon this jet will be purchased by Aeroflot and it will join other Tu-134 in its fleet.
Ту-134 больше не летают в аэрофлоте, их сняли лет 10 назад
Such a shame Malev isn't flying anymore.
Shame indeed - you can visit their soviet aircraft at the Aeropark museum, however!
Were is that exact place
Budapest Airport Aeropark, Budapest, Hungary.
@@greatflyer_aviation great tnx
I wish there was a narrative.
These came with factory guarantee of not crashing. Guarantee automatically expired at the time of first crash.
It's what they call a limited guarantee.
Greetings from hungary!
Greetings from Hungary too xD
How they can fly with this ...
Pretty incredible!
Are you going to office now ? 😊

Thank you 😊

Avião estranho
Everything in Russia is the same green.
Particularly interesting choice of colour! Would love to learn more about it. The DC-9 had the same colour gradient.
The green color in the cockpit is more soothing and relaxing to sit in while flying
