I get kids nowadays aren’t into them, but replacing the animatronics with a screen really takes away the charm of Chuck E. Cheese. At that point you might as well just save up for Dave & Busters or a local entertainment center.
Oddly enough, FNaF got kids back into them. I work for a 2.0 and the tech guy said a family went cross-country to see a location with bots because their children love them. Most kids are disappointed by the animatronic withdrawals, proving that CEC can't go on as a business with their poor client-relations skills.
@@ucproductions5810 Legit. With the FNAF movie coming out soon, CEC is gonna regret getting rid of the animatronics. Could have had a lot of people visiting Chuck E' Cheese locations out of renewed interest in the animatronics.
But I think in CEC's eyes, fnaf gave animatronics a bad name (like a few people say), so that's why they're getting rid of them. Actually, I'm not sure if CEC has heard of fnaf... right?
Kids back in the day used to be scared of them too that never made us get rid of them. it’s stupid we give these kids the illusion of choice and don’t make them realize they’re children with unreasonable fears
hey, this is my local! They opened in 2004, so not *quite* stuck in the 90s, and the stage type was introduced in 2001. The art is a huge draw, though. If they would've opened ONE year later, they would have been phase four! (the decor in the last 2 videos) I stopped going here for the middle of my life, but since ive moved back ive gotten very attached, yet ive never noticed the munch postcard here! where is it?
Once the inevitable remodel occurs, the art needs to be spared from destruction. There are plenty of people out there willing to give that art a safe home.
It’s a bummer that the studio c can’t perform anymore, It would be cooler if they just studio c’d all of them, I also think you should do one final Chuck E. Cheese video where you rank them on a tier list or something
Nothing of the stage is from the 90s. The Studio C Beta (Officially called the Studio C 2000) made it's debut in Fall 2000 with a 32M Chuck E. animatronic. A 16M version debuted in February 2003. This location (Warrington, Pennsylvania) opened in November 2004, meaning they are not from the 90s. It's somewhat misleading to say they are from the 90s, as they opened in the 2000s, even though the actual remodel they have (1998 Update) is from the 90s. Oh and Warrington is one of two Studio C Betas left in Pennsylvania (the other is Pittsburgh, which has a 32M Beta, although their bot has a 32M bot body and a 16M bot head.)
My local Chuck E. Cheese's had working curtains right before it was remodeled in 2018. Such an amazing stage, was in just as good condition as the stages that CEC Florida maintained. Wish it was still around
The Michael Jackson themed poster and the other CD themed red putlined posters were only made for stores with the whole band (cyberamics or 3 stage). The golden outlined ones you saw were made only for Studio C stores though.
My local Chuck E. Cheese took away all the animatronics and there would only be a guy in a Chuck E. Cheese costume and they even removed the playground😭
If you want a really nostalgic Chuck E. Cheese, you need to visit the Northridge, CA location. It’s about to undergo its first remodel in years and with it, it will be the final location to lose some key animatronics and update to more modern times :,(
i know at the chuck-e-cheese location closest to me it has a version of the studio c thats up there at this location, and has some of the artwork. i remember the soccer, the heads, and the men in black ones being there. never remembered the new modern ones though. just some more context on where one of the posters in my location is: the men in black parody poster is in the bathroom. last time i went there it was with my friend and we found out that the area where the guy in the suit goes after the show is next to the bathrooms with said men in black parody poster.
i have a very vague memory of studio c, i remember the room being rly dark and me pressing all the buttons on the control panel, i mustve been like 3 lol was really cool to see footage of it :0
Out of all of the artwork in this Chuck E Cheese’s! My personal favorite one was the Michael Jackson one! Which was basically a Chuck E Cheese Jasper version or parody of the album cover of Michael Jackson’s album Bad! Where they took Jasper and basically put him in the outfit Michael Jackson was wearing on the cover of that album! But instead of what the actual cover of that album read the Chuck E Cheese version or parody of the cover of Michael Jackson’s album read Jasper T. Jowls: Bad Dog! I’ve got to admit that looks absolutely awesome, and Chuck E Cheese’s did a great job on that artwork! I think it definitely deserves an absolute 10/10! Because I can not believe how good that looks! 😄😍🤩❤️👍🏻👏🏻🥳🎉🎊💯 But too bad that they didn’t have it here! 😞😔 That’s the only thing about it that sucks! 😞😔
I remember being terrified of Studio C for no reason lol. I stopped going to Chuck.E.Chesse around the same time FNAF came around so I could only imagine that's why.
There’s this one Chuck E. Cheese that I know that’s around my area that hasn’t changed since the 90’s. It still has the Michael Jackson portrait parody there, it’s pretty cool to see although it sucks that it’s getting reworked/re built for a more modern appeal.
This location is my local! It’s in Warrington Pennsylvania. Unfortunately it has been remodeled for nearly 6 mounts now. Loved this location when it was great!
Will you make another chuck e cheese video if so please make on and theres one place in little improve Mississippi and it has the 2nd chuck e cheese stage to be made and it has the rockafire explosion bans the king from the og chuck e cheese from the 70s the kinf is a parody of elvia and the beagleas witch are a parody of the beagles and the place is called smittys supee service its not a real chuck e cheese location but it has a bunch old old old old aniamatronics please go there
those posters are so cool 😭 I don’t remember seeing them in the past decade, or maybe I never noticed, but I DO remember seeing the studio C with the old chuck e. cheese animatronic!

I remember the closing curtain!! I went to a location when I was around 3 - 5 (sometime in the late 2000s), and they had a stage that had one of those opening and closing curtains. I distinctly remember this because I and a few other kids climbed up onto the stage and started dancing when the curtain opened up. Good times. 😂
I used to love the animatronics, up until i visited there recently and found out they had gotten rid of them. Im glad that they stayed stuck in the 90s.
I actually found the Bad Dog one and uhhhhh it's at the LAST Chuck E Cheese in the 80's, which I had a photo of, but my phone (old) was broken and couldn't get the photo back
I believe two of the Chuck E. Cheese’s near me are franchises so they never updated, they both have old decor and the animatronic band set up. I don’t think they perform anymore tho because they usually opt to use the costumed Chuck E
I remember seeing arcades near me and they had classic arcade cabinets. Now the only arcade near me is the Chuck E. Cheese and It has modern arcade games with a card for points. I miss the classic arcades. The only reason for me to go check out a arcade is If It is also a retro game store with classic arcades or If It has that Mario Kart Namco racing game. Cool video. ^_^
when i used to go to chuck e cheese the location i went to had a small studio c beta but before that if im right it had the munch's make believe band stage but with a few missing extra animatronics (the camera and the moon/building)
i just searched my local Chuck E Cheese and we have our Chuck E! the setup is just like this one, i haven't been in a long time but we have the studio CEC. We also have the old chairs and ARTWORK! (my town is amazing) This is in Washington btw.

I am so sick of corporations jumping in and "updating" their stores. The old Chuck E. Cheese had LIFE. Now it just looks like every other company using the same colors, fonts, styles, etc. There's a term for this but I can't remember, but I am so sick of it.
i have 2 cec posters i have the chuck where it is yellow all around it where chuck is different colors at 4:40 but i have the smaller version and i have a chuck e cheese hooray from Hollywood poster at 5:05 update my local chuck e cheese just remodeld and i got 7 more posters and an animatronic so thats so cool
I don't think its the best animatronic it sometimes does have 32 movements but more commonly 16 which it's the same as the 3 stage with all the characters so i think the 3 stage is the best cause it's to good
Do you remember the old decor? 🐸⬇

The Chuck E. Cheese art belongs in a museum 🐸
There is another one in Northridge California, right now it's being remodeled. Although the art is staying!
I don’t know why CEC doesn’t double down on the old school look.. people go nuts for it
That chuck e' cheese version is probably the best looking one ever. It's kid friendly and it caught the vibe of the restaurant
