    Thanks so much, friend! This looks wonderful ! Will be making soon ❤ I saw these slanted cups on Amazon. But, they didn’t have lids. We gift everything we make, so really need something lidded. So grateful for all that you share. You have no idea the happiness you’re bringing to others. Whenever we are randomly handing things out, people are sometimes moved to tears. Just a couple of days ago, a sweet young man, recently diagnosed with Parkinson’s said that we’d restored his faith in people. You helped us do that . Thank you so much. It’s such a blessing 🌺

      Yes you can but if it's only two days in advance, there is no need to freeze. Just refrigerate.

    Hello! I just made your dark chocolate mousse dome!
    I halfed the recipe and added brownie circled in it and they were absolutely delicious and beautiful!
    The only issue was that the chocolate glaze was a little thick although I followed the instructions exactly, leading to a not-as-smooth finish. Do you know why this happened?
    (It was still delicious either way)

      I'm so pleased you liked it! The glaze may have cooled for a bit too long. It thickens as it cools. Trying pouring it over the mousse a bit sooner.

      Thank you! It is not suitable for frosting a cake but you can fill a cake if you use a good thick "dam" like ganache which will help the tiers hold up and not sink.

      Nimue yes absolutely as long as the cake isn’t too heavy, it is good for a nice light sponge not a heavy cake

      Nimue because a heavy cake will squash it as this filling is very light and delicate and cannot hold a lot of weight

    Ingredients:
    100g white chocolate
    300ml whipping cream
    60g caramel or dulce de leche
    1/3 cup caramel for drizzling
    Extra chocolate for grating
    1) Finely chop the white chocolate and add it to a measuring jug.
    2) Add the cream and caramel/dulce de leche to a pan and bring it to a boil, stirring constantly.
    3) As soon as it comes to a boil, remove it from the heat and pour it over the white chocolate, stirring until smooth.
    4) Wrap it with cling film and refrigerate overnight.
    5) Remove the cling film and whip it to stiff peaks with an electric whisk.
    6) Using a 1M piping nozzle, pipe half of the mix into 12 dessert cups.
    7) Drizzle some of the caramel on top and pipe on the rest of the mousse.
    8) Add another drizzle of caramel and grate some chocolate on top.
    9) Enjoy!

      Hi Ruby. In this cake I used store bought from Aldi. It is absolutely delicious and extremely reasonably priced...less than half the price of brand names. If you wish to make your own caramel sauce, you can use this recipe ruclips.net/video/KuMNdU2WYJM/видео.html

    Hey I have leftover caramel sauce which contains fresh cream and butter and cornflour in it so can I make this dessert with that caramel sauce? Or the taste will spoil

      For food safety reasons, it's not something I would leave out too long because it contains cream. Also, it tastes better chilled.
