  • Imagine (in 30 minutes or less) soloing all across your fretboard in any key... 121,507+ guitarists are using this daily - don't miss out! ➡ www.guitarmast...
Pentatonic scales can be a miserable and boring place for a guitarist to be stuck. Yet it’s just instinctive for our hands to drift exactly into the pentatonic scale position.
There’s no point trying to beat human nature on this one…
So instead, I’m showing you the exact notes you can add on to the pentatonic scales to unlock pro sounding guitar solos.
Chances are by now you’ve watched dozens of pentatonic scale guitar lessons. They’ve all promised to show you how to master the pentatonic scale and the 5 positions. But from the advice I’ve heard from my students who have been asking for a pentatonic scale lesson like this, they still feel trapped in the pentatonic box.
Right now I’m showing you how adding just a few extra notes to the pentatonic scales will take those boring pentatonic scales and turn them into something truly pro sounding.
What you may or may not know is many incredible guitarists have been using these seemingly straight forward and memorable pentatonic scales to create many of your favorite guitar solos. Legends including Jimi Hendrix and Stevie Ray Vaughan… And you can unlock those iconic Stevie Ray Vaughan or Hendrix sounds simply by adding a single note such as the 9th or the flatted 5th.
So don’t shy away from using the pentatonic scales when it comes to playing a guitar solo. The 5 pentatonic scale positions are the easiest way for you to unlock your entire fretboard.
Combine these scales with your free Solo In Any Key cheat sheet and you’ll now know exactly how to use these scales to effortlessly play solos from one end of your guitar to the other.

This is one of the best lessons. Helps to see how blues players like King Fish navigate in solos. I'm watching this one over a few times. Thanks, Eddie.

I've never watched a guitar lesson that made more sense than this. And now I'm gonna go cry on my bathroom floor over the years I lost just winging it instead of learning these methods

Eddie!!! Wow! Such useful information man! Your statement about giving blues solos a “more mature sound” is spot on. It opens up three zones to spice up my solos that I never saw anyone else teach before. I’m not much into learning music theory (maybe I should be) so this is just what I needed. I loved it when you said “blues lickery” 😂 Or is it “blues liquory”? The sound is so smooth with this technique, it puts me in the mood for some liquor 🥃 Thanks for another amazing lesson buddy! You are still the best!

This is great, I've seen Joe Bonamassa use these in many of his songs. Now I have an understanding of what he is using. Thanks Eddie

Thanks Eddie, some really cool information in this. I've got a broken ring finger at the moment so haven't been able to play for about a month. Will definitely be fooling around with this in a few weeks once I'm healed up.
