sillymusic, it is a demo! you realize when they found stuff like this it was undated so they probably guessed '94, but it may have been recorded in '93 for all we know! they played it one time live in like October '93, but recorded the studio version in January of '94!so the definitive date for this acoustic demo is sir... F.U.B.A.R.!

This is not rare. It's simply on the third disk of With the Lights Out. It's not even a demo, artist record solo acoustics only for practice, because they can focus on themselves, without the drums and bass drowning them out. It's acoustic because solo electric sounds terrible. A demo means they send the song in to their record label for approval. Still a good song though. God, I'll miss Kurt.
