Yea that purposely elbow fouling to get a restart rule definitely needs fixed lol. If they do a obvious elbow foul in losing position it should be a loss.
Oh man I hate that rule so much. You can see competitors are basically waiting until both guys are on a foul before fully committing to a hit as they know their opponent will just foul to get a restart otherwise.
