On a piece of paper David should be the one at the end who is the most drained vs a top roller but his endurance is next level. Naurdelet obviously has incredible endurance as well; his will power is way up there cause that was a long match. lol I think Naurdelet could have tried to utilize some inside game a bit to really make this even more interesting. He seemed to just stick with his top roll. But when Naurdelet had Davit close to the pin on quite a few rounds, he relied solely on his top roll and couldnt get the job done. A transition to the press would have been key.

Samushia struggles with the bones of his arms and someday he will break his arms because the arm muscles there have little function. I would hardly call it a victory.

Best match in EvW history in my opinion and one of the best of the sport as a whole. I literally jumped out of excitement at that final round, still gives me goosebumps. Both Samushia and Nurdaulet need more recognition ASAP.
This was such a special match with all the back and forth between these two monsters, I wanted Nurdalet to win so bad but Samushia did it and congratulations to him on that

I remember Paul Linn as Captain of Team West, yelling to Samushia corner that they needed to contest that pin out of straps in the 5th round, as you can’t pin in the neutral position.
This was an amazing match. Nurdalet was a very worthy opponent. Deserving of a rematch for sure. Davit and him are both insanely 💪 strong. Pushed each other to the max.
