As a new player , you should Lay your focus on what fraction you want Togo with, and dont mix fractions up like this guy in the video. If you have lot of allies from the same fraction, you get team bonus if you team Them up, and its essential in all combat in the game.

Nah there is something called soul linking once you leveled to a reqyired level, its basically type resonance
