- A BIG week in Haute Savoie, French Alps! One week we were in hospital with a really scary turn for Chloe getting really sick with Vestibular Neuritis and then a few days later trying to race another really hard World Cup EDR. Watch the video to see how it went down for Chloe.
As for me, another savage race in this vlog, super tight transfer times zapping the fun outta the EDR racing for me, but I'm sticking with it and waiting for a good one!
What a great week in a new venue though, and highlight for me was riding with Nora Korem in Les Houches, we ended up chatting to 2 local guys and they showed us the goods!! Insane trails, put it on your "must ride" list!

I really enjoy your inspiring and very funny vlogs.
I am now 73 years and 10 years ago I had hoped to be farther along than I am. Of course crashing and tearing my rotator cuff a couple of years ago did not help. LOL :)
I am a PhD Clinical Psychologist and still see patients, but am slowing down my case load and getting out with more mountain biking. This last weekend I took a couple of longer runs and had a blast - but none of my rides are anything as technical as yours, but I love screaming down a new trail (or an old one that I know what is coming).
At this point, we live most of the year in Oregon USA and I have a full suspension/Commencal and then we spend 2 months a year in Thailand and have a full suspension Canyon Neuron there (I crashed and tore rotator cuff on a University Students' Singletrack).
And we were 2 weeks in Switzerland a month ago and I will either buy or rent or borrow someone's full suspension next time. No e-bikes for me!!!
So - I enjoy your riding and learning from you, and being inspired, and your humor, and accept that I will get better every ride, but will never be young enough to break and do a quick heal, but it is great to watch you pushing yourselves and sharing with us. Also, I scuba dive cold water Oregon and spearfish. I do not want injuries because they take too long to heal - but I enjoy pushing it.
Please just keep delivering these fun videos and we'll keep watching.
P.S. Married to my BF for 40+yrs and she doesn't mntbike ride but loves hiking and we do "BIKE & HIKES" together and watch you and "Friday Fails" regularly. LOL :)

Of course I stayed til the end. It was so entertaining! My favorite part of your vlogs is the footage of you two just hanging out together. Be it in the van, on trail, at a meal or in your rental. Y'all are the attraction. The biking footage I personally enjoy the most is fun day on the bikes, especially with the commentary. Race footage is not needed in my opinion. The between stage catchup is plenty. I look forward to your next video. Best of luck to you both!

What to add, well, something nobody’s doing except @rachybox is popping in a few seconds here and there meeting ‘real’ people. Could be other bikers (you put that in today 🎉🎉🎉), could be a factory mechanic helping out with a small part (yes, I know, you wish…), could be other dogs, could be fans you meet, anything 🎉 Tiny everyday stuff with everyday real people meeting you guys, the superstars of the sport (I’m not joking).

Nice swag from Combloux, sweet. Say, if you get another croissant like that hollow one, you can stuff it with cheese, chocolate or tuna- your choice. The vlog is good; behind the scenes stories, and enough of the race footage to keep it in context. Chloe, try some lysine supplements, if they think the neuritis is viral...? Might help? Cheers.
Bex and Chloe, you are doing a great job on the vlog!! More race type stuff would be great along with the liaisons goofiness with other riders. Food reports would be good too. 🤣Are you both riding Scott Ransoms or Genius's? Just make sure you both are having fun, but don't feel obligated to make content. That will make life hard for you both. Why have the transfers been an issue this year with timing for everyone? What did they change? All the best, BostonDon
