I think it resembles the old Traxxas Blast. Basically they just updated the electronics and gave it new graphics. Anyone else seeing that?
Not seeing it at all, nothing remotely about this boat is like the
Blast, Blast was not even lipo, the top held by a rubber band, the motor is nothing remotely like traxxas has used, not trying to be that guy, but know what your saying before bashing,

Just a Traxxas blast with better components, blast had crap battery and was more a pool boat than a lake boat
$350 and they can’t put the TQi remote especially for a boat where you kinda need range, company is trash

Traxxas has quality boats, self-righting with 4S, yeah great deal. Boats or helis? I wouldn't mind investing in something other than land Rc's. Jaytee, have you ever considered uploading a boat vid?
I've done one or two boats over the last couple of months. They were smaller boats though
Two piece hulls are high quality??? You must be new to rc boats. They are the farthest thing from quality that you can get in an rc boat
I wonder why Traxxas decided to go with an outrunner motor.
@@travis5738 probably used an outrunner for self righting
@@IRONCLADRC Oh Ok....That makes sense. The centrifugal force of the motor should help a lot with that feature
@@IRONCLADRCit does use motor based self righting, as opposed to the "flood chamber" self righting. You are correct.
@IRONCLADRC Hey there! I would love to see you do a review on this new Traxxas and compare it to the various Recoil 26s.
1 This Traxxas actually looks like a boat, while the Recoils have always looked like a football to me.
2 Also, I don't think the Recoil 26 stock esc could handle 4S. I could be wrong on that.
